The staff was warm and welcoming!! The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. absolutely nothing!!

Location, kitchen facilities, value for money, quiet even though there were sports teams staying there Little difficult to find. The address on booking.com is 21 Lasalle, the address is 17 Lasalle and the name of the residence is INCO Residence Collage Boreale, not the Sudbury West Residence.

Price, cleanliness, quietness, features in suite (fridge, microwave, 2 bedrooms). Hard to find because it was not named that way. It was the College Boreal residence. No mirrors in bedrooms. Could not regulate temperature.

Vybavení - lednice, mikrovlnka, klimatizace. Na uvedené adrese dle navigace je pole a žádná budova. V booking.com není správný název budovy, ani místní lidé neznali tuto budovu, kterou jsme hledali hodinu. Nikde, ani na budově nebyl název dle booking.com. Recepční přišla až za dvě hodiny, ubytovaní ji hledali i přes manažera, který nebral mobil.

There was no housekeeping during weekend. No one told me how to access the wifi until the second day when I asked. The booking site never mentioned that I was bookIng at a Francophone college. The staff, service and signage were in French only. There was not enough parking close to the residence. The website claimed air conditioned rooms, however, the temperature was between 24 and 26 during our entire stay. Staff advised that ac was workIng. There was a play structure outside for kids but it was surrounded by a road and parking and totally taken over by shrubs and weeds. We were not able to play on it for the safety of my toddler. The rooms were clean except for lots of dust around the desk areas. Bags of clean laundry was delivers to the reception area and stayed there for two entire days on the ground. On my second day a young staff was kind enough to give me extra towels and a garbage bag. Overall I wasnt expecting a lot as I am aware how res life is, but I wish attention to some of these things would have made the stay more worthwhile.
