Great central location, friendly staff

Clean and comfortable room, beds and bathroom. Best of all, it has a surprise mini kitchen in a closet, which is comprised of a stove, sink, microwave and a frige. This is home feeling and so convenient for traveler.

Some bed sheets have been worn out qith holes, but still being used.

Surprise charges for son and internet and no reasonable parking HATED the carpet. HATED the noise of partiers screaming below us; after 11 on a Sunday night.

Beds were comfortable. Kitchen available

Rm 1404 Wifi not free. Had problems with constancy of wifi signal -- frequently bleeped off, then came back on later. Interfered badly with some work we were doing. Rooms were very hot (even with thermostat set at 60). Finally called housekeeping and found that the hvac in our room was totally nonfunctional. Bathroom sink needs a spray controller added to faucet -- anything more that a trickle blows water all over. I soaked my clothes several times. Would like the option of loading own bags or at least be able to go with bell boy -- when checking in, bell boy lost some items out of our bags; when checking out, bell boy insisted on loading bags into car and we had to repack everything. Construction noise was not pleasant. Single chair in room was not comfortable to sit in.

Location ideal for getting around center of city. Staff very courteous and friendly room presented a great view of downtown Mtl. And the river room was very quiet.

Staff were very friendly, location can't be beat. Had a great stay, would go again.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Luke and Nick were very very helpful when we planned our outings during the day. The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were recently renovated and I like the changes they made.

Everything about th place was wonerful. I was very pleasantly surprised , as a travel agent , the value was amazing for everything you get: central location in downtown Momtreal, size of the suites, almost a full kitchen in the studio, comfortable beds, great service and everything your heart desires is there. would highly recommend it to all

I liked the location very close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and it was great having a full kitchen .

Hotel needs upgrading. Facilities are old Staff were not friendly or helpful Wi-fi not free Check in deposit held on my credit card for over a week

Location and value.

Room was old. Not dusted when we arrived. Tub backed up when showering. Made 2 requests to have it fixed to no avail. Bathroom too small.

Internet ,parking and rating of hôtel Is 4 star for many years ago .they should renovate or change the star to 2 star.

Only some petty remarks: Charge for wi fi Waiting long seconds for door to open was not great fun in strong winds and low temperature outside. Maintenance should be a bit better

The location is perfect , you are in the middle of everything if you are coming on business or leisure purposes

Excellent location to visit McGill university. Clean with very comfortable beds. I love getting into a bed with crisp clean and cool sheets!

Towels and windows Are thin. That said, great price/location and the curtains muffled the sound. Stay in the higher floors if sound is an issue for you.

I loved how helpful everyone was and how welcoming they were. Montreal is awesome u would def book with them again.

I didn't like the many taxes that where added and the per day deposit but its to be expected when Canada's taxes is really high. So it's all good. Next time ill have more money and more time to enjoy.
