I didn't like the hot water regulator, I came back to the Hotel, completely frozen by the outside temperature, dreaming of a hot shower to warm me up, wasn't possible.
The A/C was on in the pool room and our purpose was to relax and enjoy the pool (which we couldn't). We could not take a shower (we had no hot water) The heat could not be turned up passed 21 degrees
Attentive staff Location Value
Disappointed in A la carte ,preparation, perhaps it was a poor selection or bad day .Had we required a second nights meal, it would have been outside the hotel.
Modernized rooms, very clean.
Maybe it's about time to switch to HD tv signal, it looks awfull.
We were in so many hotels, I've forgotton.
Nothing we didn't like.
I stayed at this and other Le Dauphin's this summer - all very good quality rooms, beds, and restful accommodations with good food.
Some of the 'Quebecquoise' style - but that is part of the travel experience :-)
Room was clean. People serving us were very helpful.
Too noisy, we had people playing soccer in the hallway and it was easy to hear people talking across the corridor. We did not get a good night sleep.
- Nicely furnished - Free wifi
- No bar at the pool - Noisy - Cold pool water - Expensive breakfast
Amenities were just adequate. No excess.
Price was right and kids enjoyed going for a swim before leaving.
Large room , clean Excellent restuarant
Stayed in older part of hotel with older furnishings
There was a little but of confusion about our check out time with the maid service. So we were unexpectedly rushed in the morning. But the girl was new and we really appreciated that she came back to apologize for the confusion and trouble it may have caused. We understand that these things sometimes happen - it was really not a big deal...
The hotel was clean and nicely equipped. The restaurant was warm and welcoming.
While many of the rooms were renovated, we were told at check in that we would have to stay in an older room since we used booking.com and the hotel had to pay them a commission. The room we were sent to was in between several rooms with their doors open having a loud party that spilled into the hallway. When we asked to be moved we were told that the hotel was full and we had the last available room. If we didn't like it we could always post a negative review on line. Another employee got involved and said there were other rooms available and that we should be moved. After a lengthy discussion between themselves and a call to a manager at home, we were given another room. The front desk clerk then apologized for having to lie about the hotel being full and said she was just following direction for guests using third party reservation services. It wasn't a nice way to begin our stay after a nine hour drive.
The staff were great and very helpful, even though we did not speak French.
There was nothing we didn't like or would change.
Accessible to highway but far enough away to be quiet.
Food was too expensive.
Convenient location Good value for money Mini fridge with freezer very convenient
Wifi requires you to log back in with different codes if you are staying more than one night. Usually you can log in once, then your device connects automatically. Tiny hassle!
Staff was friendly and helpful
Quiet room, comfortable
