We liked the good location - central but quiet ( in summer) - the huge and very comfortable bed, the welcome laundry facilities and the well equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed the free bike hire, which is for an hour but you can pay to extend, which includes decent bikes and helmets.

The room smelled very stale and unaired when we arrived, and the bathroom continued to smell unpleasant throughout our three day stay. The bedside tables were not clean, and though all the facilities listed are there, the space is crowded - so think camper van, rather than studio. We reported the bedside lamp that did not work and the bathroom door that was difficult to shut as it got stuck ( hinge problem) on the first day and though we got a cordial response, and assurances that both faults would be fixed, they were not. Service was variable - a very helpful person hired us the bikes, but we had an offhand reception on arrival.

    Staff Room (king deluxe) Kitchen

Small balcony right by AC exhaust and door opens out so two chairs can't fit comfortably outside Bathroom shower pressure was a bit weak and squealed a bit.

Our family liked everything about the Summit. We were concerned ahead of time that the presence of dogs might be a problem since my wife and daughter are allergic. They assured that our room would be carefully cleaned prior to our arrival to minimize the presence of dog hair. Our room was great and we have no problems.

The only downside, which is shared by all of the properties in the area, is the noise of trucks making early morning deliveries.

The suite was spacious and quiet with a balcony overlooking the pool. The park next door was so convenient for the dog and a very peaceful place just to stroll. The upper village is close to the grocery store and the village stroll begins right there but far enough away to lose the noise when the evening gets going. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions to places. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Elevator is really hot, but lobby was cool. Wifi stalls at times but otherwise ok.

overall cleanliness. offered shampoo, conditions, soap, lotion offered in the room.

The air conditioner was old and noisy. Should be replaced with something newer. The room could be updated some. Don't offer snacks in the room when t here is a kitchenette and one would buy at the grocery store next door.

Love the friendly staff. Nice to have cold water in the lobby. Loved the pool area. The room staff were excellent! Friendly, helpful and do an excellent job! The bike room guys were really great too!

A bit far from the main part of village for some of our senior family members to walk.

Great place to stay anytime but the staff in all areas were the best I've ever experienced in my travels anywhere. Don't change a thing as you have a winning combination and we will be back.

Excellent hotel. Was upgraded free of charge to a corner king room which was a great surprise. Room was great and comfortable. Was close to all the tourist spots inside Whistler. Would stay again.

Wifi did not work very well inside our room but minor issues.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Hotel is very clean and near in Whistler village. Swimming pool is a little tiny. Hot tub is ok as is the dry Sauna

Bed was too hard to sleep on. Air conditioner was very close to head board of bed and I could not keep it on during the night as it was blowing cold air in my face. I think charging $20 for parking for 24 hours is a rip off for guests. Kitchenette is very tiny
