The mattress was too soft, but everything else was very good.
Fantastic value for money! Attractive, well-equipped, comfortable room in the heart of Whistler. Very friendly and professional staff (who called us in our room after a couple of hours to ask whether everything was "up to your standards"). Our friends staying across the street popped over to share a bottle of wine with us, and couldn't believe the price we'd paid. Decent free coffee in the lobby.
Well, absolutely the only negative was that the kettle in the room was quite dirty inside. We boiled water with a saucepan instead.
On arrival staff on Check-in were great. The electronic room key system was down but they coped very well. They also allowed us to leave our car in their park until we left much later that day.
Very comfortable and clean.
I do not prefer pet friendly hotels
Great location near Whistler Village Comfortable and quiet room with balcony
Pillows were not very comfortable Bed was right next to the heating unit and it would get too hoot
Very quiet room overlooking the pool and into the trees; no window looking into ours. Very helpful, pleasant staff. Great Jacuzzi. Excellent location for walking in the pedestrian mall, heading out to hike, or enjoying watching other visitors in the Olympic Circle area. The free parking really was only a brief walk away! So was the food market. We weren't skiing so can't comment on the distance to carry skis to a bus or tramhead.
No complaints at all. However, a better reading-in-bed light would be a positive addition….
Great location. close to town centre. Staff very helpful (Receptionist phoned our room to see if we had any concerns. Nice touch). Well appointed room, comfortable bed. Enjoyed our stay.
Nothing - loved it
Front staff were extremely friendly and courteous
Room was too warm
Walk to the village for nightlife. Friendly service.
Cleanliness, staff, location, comfort. Overall good value for money.
There was no hair conditioner in my room
Good location. Nice rooms and great staff
. Good location in the centre of thevillage. Lovely breakfast.
We booked what we thought was a room with 2 twin beds but got one with 1 double and a sofa bed which had a thin mattress and only 1 thin blanket so was very uncomfortable.
Loved the full kitchen, very close to the main shops and restaurants. Found a great little healthy eating cafe up the opposite end of the mall to the play ground. We stayed mid October, there was great sales everywhere !!!!
Couldn't get the coffee machine to work.
The location was great, very close to the marketplace, restaurants and coffee shops. The area is very quiet and away from the centre of the Village, but a short walking distance to the bars and restaurants. The Starbucks is just across the street, but the hotels serves free coffee in the lobby whole day long, so you don’t really need to look for a coffee shop. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and well equipped with a small balcony, and the view was also good. We had a room facing the swimming pool, and it was very quiet at nighttime, so we slept with an open window. Our bed was huge, and not very soft, but very comfortable. I always like softer beds, but the one we had, was great. The kitchen was small, but had everything we needed, so it was equipped well. The hot tub and the pool area were great, and the water in the pool was very clean and pleasantly warm. The hot tub was hot. The bathroom was small, but very clean and had lots of towels. The bath gel was rum flavoured, and the shampoo was peppermint flavored and it smells so nice! The bathrobes were so soft and comfy. The secure underground parking is $20.00/ night. Couple of blocks away was a public underground parking $10.00/night, but we used the hotel parking, as it was very convenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend this hotel. Nice hotel and wonderful staff! Stayed October 2014.
fluffy towelling robes
Everything, staff, room which had kitchen facilities for longer stays if required, spa, just everything.
Location Free one hour bike hire Rooms
We were very happy with our one night's accommodation.
Not too keen on the town itself, which was a bit like a cross between PortMeirion in the U.K. and an amusement park. Not much you can do about that.
Nice clean and tidy room. It was nice and quiet at night also and was spacious as well.
It was at the far end of Whistler Village so was a bit of a hike to get to the Whistler Gondola.
The self-serve hot chocolate/coffee/espresso/cappuccino machine in the lobby was a nice surprise. The fixings for hot chocolate (choc. chips, mini marshmallows, etc.) were nice extras.
Alex at the front counter was a great help, made some great suggestions on what to do, where to go, set up reservations at 21 steps for dinner, free lattes in the lobby. close to the Olympic Park ideal location we enjoyed our stay
some kind of noise in the room at night might have been from the elevator not sure
