Small rooms

I liked that we were very close to the village, but not in the middle of the hustle-bustle. Spa was excellent.

Parking was ok if you had a small car. I drive a pick up truck. not so good when trying to park it in the underground parking. A mini van would also be too big. Pool was dirty, but it was windy that day. Lots of debris blowing around.

Excellent comfort at an excellent rate when we stayed in mid May. Away though from the ski lifts, the location would be less desirable for skiers, but as non skiers on this occasion, it offered immediate access to the village stroll, a pedestrianed thoroughfare, and to a large supermarket.

Poor balcony furniture. Just 2 crabby plastic green chairs and no table. Otherwise there was little to dislike.

Superb location. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful, well-maintained property and facility. Excellent choice!!!

The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were worse! The refrigerator was really noisy and made noise throughout the night. If I could have had a good nights sleep I would have loved the place!

The facility was excellent, but the staff were not friendly at all and we would not choose here again for this reason.

The staff were clear that they were just working for money for their leisure, not because they like hospitality. We felt uncomfortable after the stay. We told them how we felt and they said sorry and will report to the manager but nothing change.

Large rooms with good facilities for washing/drying/storing ski equiptment. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

I have never stayed in a "pet friendly" hotel before,it did not bother me personally, but have friends who are allergic to cats/dogs and would like to had this information prior to booking this hotel.

This was our second stay here, we enjoy the atmosphere when you walk in, the staff is always pleasant and ready to help! As a former hotel employee, I noticed everyone from front desk (extremely kind and friendly!! Keep up the great work!) to the housekeeping crew who always greeted us with a smile and even offered us waters for a journey home. I plan on coming back to whistler and I will most definitely be coming back to summit lodge:) a big thank you to all the staff here your managers and owners should be very proud of all employees:)

Too much charges ...thought the coffee was free but nooooooo. I got charged too much I don't what gst and pst charges.

The whole overall experience with your hotel was excellent.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay,and will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.Thankyou for contributing to the great time we had at Whistler

There wasnt any problems

Location was good for family. Rooms had a kitchenette and there was an IGA grocery store across the street as well as a playground at the start of the village stroll.

Parking was tight in the hotel parkade.

I had blood stains on my sheet. It was gross and i couldnt use the bed. Also the dishes were broken and we only had one drinking glass.

Compared to the others at Whistler at the time we stayed your hotel shone brightly! For all the amenities and location it was well worth it. No charge for the dog and Internet is a really smart move. More hotels should do this instead of ripping people off

You know for the price, I do not like to say anything at all, but the bathroom a little small, but even that was well equipped. All in all very good job, pricing appearance cleanliness amenities and location Good stuff! We will be back!

Service minded an friendly staff, especially the guys in the ski storing room and shuttle service. Excellent cleaning of room.

I have stayed at the Summit several times before, for business related work. The staff are always very friendly and welcomming. A room upgrade this time was most welcomed. The Bistro there has the most amazing food.

Staff were helpful, offered a complimentary breakfast due to cleaning staff noise in the morning

Vacumming at 6am woke us up on the 4th floor

Our room was very nice as was the hotel's location.

The fireplace was at the foot of the bed which made it impossible to see it when lying in the bed.
