Ruth was very gracious. Our travel companion had an allergy to dogs and she accommodated our stay by canceling the second night

Location, Truo , the town has gone down hill.

Ruth is a really friendly host. She knows a lot about Nova Scotia and she was fun to visit with. The breakfast she made us was really tasty and there was a lot to choose from. We both were more than satisfied. If we come back again we will be staying with her again.

Very comfortable well equipped bedrooms and bathrooms. Our hostess provided coffee and dessert after dinner and a delicious breakfast as well as directions to restaurants and great viewing spot for the tidal bore.

My husband actually took photos of the fabulous breakfasts we had at Suncatcher - they were that exciting. Homemade local jellies and jams, local smoked salmon, local honey and a healthy hot breakfast made to order. It was great chatting with Ruth, the owner, too. All that and the neighborhood is ideal for an early morning walk. Quite memorable.

Ruth is just fabulous! The evening chats with her over tea and home made desserts were so interesting - good conversations and a great insight into the area and the people who live there. Staying at a B&B (such as this one) is such a great way to meet and mix with the local people - we met many super friendly people on our trip - but Ruth was a stand out! Not to mention a lovely home, conveniently situated and fantastic made to order breakfasts!

Loved how friendly and helpful Ruth was with directions, places to eat at/see. Very cozy and made you feel right at home. Ruth serving dessert at night was a treat that I didn't expect, but was delicious and very kind of Ruth to offer to guests. Beautiful room, very well kept, spacious room and comfortable bed. Beautiful stained glass pieces throughout the house. Very friendly dog, gentle as could be and a big sook. Breakfast was always delicious and loved that there was options. Would stay here again when in the area.
