Finally a 10 10 for location - room 701 looks out at the ski lifts 50 yards away 10 for staff 10 for room. Full fridge, living room with island, fire place, heated bathroom floors with extra large tub, very clean and new. I paid more than twice this price in Vancouver last night for 1/2 the room We travel a lot and best room ever for all factors included Fabulous summer too. 1,000 bmx riders are coming down the ski runs. We zip lined across a beautiful river several times with the longest almost 1/2 mile. Saw three black bears. Hiking, fishing, floating, boating and just sitting. Must come Only complaint is we didn't stay long enough

great off season non skiing season pricing, like the cozy fireplace, view from the 8th floor apartment unit, friendly staff, excellent location in the village small rooftop jacuzzi limited space for this size hotel, free village parking 1/2 mile away

Service was excellent - we did an upgrade to rooftop jacuzzi / deck which was fab and very quiet compared to our friends who stayed in the Carlton lodge- room overlooking inner courtyard town which was loud/ noisy 1 bathroom for 4 women

Great facility overall; staff professionalism a big contributor-well trained, cheerful, eager to help. Rooms are very nice, clean, well kept. Great beds. Perfect for a rare getaway without the kids... (an exercise room would be great)

Tho location was fantastic - close to whistler and Blackcomb gondalas. Great location for shopping and restaurants. Hotel was comfortable, clean and interiors were well decorated. Kitchen was fully equipped. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely rebook with Sundial for our next skiing holiday!

Great staff, very friendly, and very helpful. The room we stayed in, room 303, had the furnace in the bedroom. It was quite loud and would wake us up during the night. The hotel will be looking into ways of fixing the problem. Good job.

Even though the two bedroom condo was small, it was very well laid out and the kitchen was well equiped. We had four adults and one 7 year old and we all had enough space to relax, cook and eat our meals. Every employee we had interaction with was professional, courteous and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The instructions in the manual on how to work the remote control for the dvd did not match the remote control. It took the maintenance person four tries with different remotes and a new dvd player to finally get a match. Also, the hot tub on the 8th floor was dirty. It had sand on the floor of the tub.

The staff were curtious and friendly. The rooms were amazing with the views and size including a kitchenette so we didnt have to spend an arm and a leg for restaurants. Hot tub on the roof made the trip that much more relaxing. They need a pool.

The staff were all very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. We had a great view. It was way too noisy you could hear music and people in the bars until about 3:00 am I thought it would be quieter on the mountainside.
