Sundial Boutique Hotel    

Superbe chambre moderne, confortable très spacieuse et la cuisine très bien agencé et bien équipé. On est tombé sous le charme au pied des pistes et de l'animation le soir.

Le ménage top a part entre la première et deuxième nuit le lit avait été oublié. La piscine n'est pas dans l'hôtel mais dans celui d'en face qui ce trouve devant le restaurant de ce dernier...bof la baignade du soir tranquille a oublier.

Service was excellent - we did an upgrade to rooftop jacuzzi / deck which was fab and very quiet compared to our friends who stayed in the Carlton lodge- room overlooking inner courtyard town which was loud/ noisy

The staff were fabulous, the room well appointed with a full kitchen, and this Hotel has the best location in Whistler/Blackcomb.

Tho location was fantastic - close to whistler and Blackcomb gondalas. Great location for shopping and restaurants. Hotel was comfortable, clean and interiors were well decorated. Kitchen was fully equipped. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely rebook with Sundial for our next skiing holiday!

The room we stayed in, room 303, had the furnace in the bedroom. It was quite loud and would wake us up during the night. The hotel will be looking into ways of fixing the problem. Good job.

It was the nicest stay we have had yet in Whistler. The room was fantastic and we can't wait to come back.

Even though the two bedroom condo was small, it was very well laid out and the kitchen was well equiped. We had four adults and one 7 year old and we all had enough space to relax, cook and eat our meals. Every employee we had interaction with was professional, courteous and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The instructions in the manual on how to work the remote control for the dvd did not match the remote control. It took the maintenance person four tries with different remotes and a new dvd player to finally get a match. Also, the hot tub on the 8th floor was dirty. It had sand on the floor of the tub.

Nice, clean, good services, spaceous suites, well equipped.

Parking fee to high. The picture of the room was totaly diffrent at the booking time.

The staff were curtious and friendly. The rooms were amazing with the views and size including a kitchenette so we didnt have to spend an arm and a leg for restaurants. Hot tub on the roof made the trip that much more relaxing.

They need a pool.

It was way too noisy you could hear music and people in the bars until about 3:00 am I thought it would be quieter on the mountainside.

Our unit was perfect and well laid out, the mountain view was stunning. The location is ideal, right by the gondola. We stayed there during November's low season. We enjoyed lounging in our room watching movies borrowed from front desk, relaxing in the hottubs (rooftop and the one in our room), and easily going for a stroll in the village or a walk up the mountain. The staff was very friendly and professional. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location int he Whistler Village, very close to the ski lifts, and yet right in the village. close proximity to everything available in the village. Well deorated, well cared for hotel. Our room was well equipped and beautiful

Central location in Whistler village, room facilities, very helpful staff. Loved the housecoats, very cozy and comfortable. Privacy of separate bedrooms. Good selection of kitchen items if you are cooking in - great to have a dishwasher to clean up. Fabulous view and good to have a balcony and fireplace in the room.

One (minor) complaint was that the shampoo/conditioner/soap and hand cream was doled out sparingly. Had there been four or six guests in the room, instead of two, these would not have been sufficient. Pocket door between master bedroom and bath did not function properly and could not be closed all the way, however I am certain that had we mentioned to staff prior to check out they would have repaired right away. Underground parking was confusing, but the $20/day rate for it was good as others were charging up to $34/day.

Really enjoye our stay. Will definitely be back.

Just an overall enjoyable stay, easy access to everything, friendly helpful staff.

This hotel was the best we saw during our Canada trip this year. The hotel is very nicely decorated, the rooms are fully equipped with everything you need to cook and feel comfortable. Our rooms even had a real fireplace and a wonderful view on Whistler village. The location was perfect: directly located in Whistler village and only 2 minutes away from the gondolas.

Excellent location and service. Nice, big suite for the price of a standard room elsewhere. Heated floor in the bathroom, chocolates on arrival.

Location was awesome. In the heart of downtown Whistler.

Shower - no holders for soap, etc. Had to put them on the shower floor. Shower drain was slow - standing in water while showering.

We loved its proximity to everything in Whistler also we were impressed by the space we had.

Lovely hotel, clean with huge comfortable bed, friendly staff and convenient location. We didnt ask for one, but could do with kettle in the room for us brits who like a cup of tea. Hot tub on roof was a nice feature. Would stay again if we get the chance!
