The staff was outstanding, location perfect within walking distance of many restaurants, parks and shops. Morning continental breakfast was perfect for ages 15 months through 64!!

moldy/mildewy smell of bathroom. It was clean, and no source was visible, probably building related.

Loved the location--on a quiet street, yet just around the corner on Davies Street there are dozens of restaurants to chose from. Our room had all the comforts of home which made our stay a very enjoyable one. We also appreciated the free and secure, altho really cramped parking.

Just thought that since there was such a wonderful view from the living room area, it would have been nice that the glass doors were clean. Our hair dryer looked like it had seem better days as the body was cracked.

Location, location, location!! - close to the water - good restaurants nearby - downtown so nothing is far away - suites great for relaxing after a day of walking and shopping - very friendly helpful staff

There was nothing I didn't like. The staff are wonderful and will help solve any dilemma.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

The bed was too small and uncomfortable; the bathtub drain didn't work; and the outside was too noisy.

We had the worst possible room for noise and a view. We faced an ugly alley, we were on the third floor so when the garbage and delivery trucks started rumbling around (and the back-up "BEEPERS") at 7:00 AM it was impossible to sleep!!!

Location was great for us. Sunset had every thing we needed.

The room was excellently furnished with so many accessories (safe, hairdryer, internet, kitchen appliances, extra bed linen). Nice surprise to find complimentary breakfast.

First staff member I met upon arrival was very unfriendly and unhelpful. No assistance given with luggage. No advice about city sightseeing until the day of my departure

Very pleased with our stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to see/what not to miss while in Vancouver. Our room was lovely - full kitchen, comfortable bed, very clean. The continental breakfast in the morning was very good - more than enough to get us going in the morning. We left behind some belongings and the staff were kind enough to post it to us the next day. Would recommend this place :)
