The location was great considering the event I attended was in Mt Royal and the access to the main highways were great.

- The website for this hotel is not anywhere close to what is actually offered in the rooms. I booked this hotel over 5 months prior to my stay and when I arrived they told me I only had one option for an apartment as it was the only one they had left. I booked 5 months ago! They showed me an apartment that was dated and very small and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. After I complained, they magically had another room available, right next to the lobby and office, which was a good size but was also not close to what was on the website pictures. The only picture of this apartment that was on the website was the dining room. I think sporatic rooms from other apartments were "renovated" and they compiled all the pictures of these rooms together to make it seem as though these are all from the same units. I was forced to stay one night of my one week booking because it was so late and I had an early appointment the next day. I stayed the one night only and was charged a $250 deposit! Also, - front doors of building were not locked or secured and anyone could have walked into the front door of my apartment at any hour of the night off the street - there were a dozen sheets of plywood stacked in the hallway of my apartment - the office is always closed and it took multiple phonecalls to the number to get ahold of someone to give me the key, even though I arrived on time - they showed me 2 places that were not even close to what was advertized....I HAVE PHOTOGRAPHS to prove this as well! - when they say newly remodeled, I mean, newly covered up.

I loved the whole setup. The fact that I virtually owned an apartment for 4 days was a very nice experience. It was in a very safe neighborhood, Mount Royal. Definitely not the highest caliber of hotels/apartments, but definitely worth what I paid for, if not more. It's a great budget stay, and a wonderful choice if you want somewhere quiet.

Apartment war sauber!

Altes, renovierungsbedürftiges Apartment. Alte Möbel, altes Ambiente. Hatte mir den Fotos nach, was anderes vorgestellt. Eingangstüre schwer zu öffnen und zu schließen, da die Klinke kaputt war. Fliegengitter extrem staubig; trübe Sicht nach außen.

המחיר והנוחות של מיקום משפחה בת 4 מבוגרים + 3 ילדים בדירה אחת. צוות המלון אדיב ונחמד. המפרט הטכני בדריה מאוד טוב וכולל סלון מאובזר, שולחן אוכל, מטבח באבזור מלא, 2 שירותים + מקלחות והרבה מקום.

רחוק ממרכז העיר. לא נמצא במרחק הליכה משום מקום מעניין. המתקנים מיושנים ולא מתוחזקים באופן מקצועי. צוות המלון מצומצם (2 אנשים) ולכן לא תמיד זמין (נאלצנו להמתין חצי שעה כדי שמישהו יגיע לעשות לנו צ'ק אאוט).

Proximity to nice neighborhood.

The bathroom door getting stuck and making a loud noise when trying to open it. Worn out carpeting at the entrance to the building and the stairs and the smell. A couple of bugs inside the bathrooms. Broken drawer in one of the chests. Loose or no handles on all the kitchen cabinet doors and drawers. One air conditioner in the living room that could not cool the whole apartment. A fan in the master bedroom was broken and opening the windows at night would invite the non stopping noise of cars passing by in the highway.
