Il personale è stato molto cortese . l'hotel è molto spartano , ma vicino alle cascate; a piedi 10 minuti .La colazione , molto semplice ed essenziale è compresa , ma va consumata in camera.

La colazione consumata in camera non è stata molto comoda, soprattutto perchè non si sapeva dove appoggiarsi .

For the amount of money you pay for it it is very decent. The staff was very very friendly. If your looking for a place to party with friends in the falls its a good place to go without having anyone bug you. The Hotel is dated but clean.

The room we had was nothing like it was advertised some of the jets in the jucuzi didnt work

The owner was wonderful! Very helpful. We had fun in the pool and had refrigerator and microwave which was great cause food near the falls is outrageously expensive. The rooms were comfortable and neat and had plenty of towels and pillows, etc. Parking was free too and hotel is close enough to walk to falls and attractions.

There was no shampoo, so we'll have to remember for next time. Also, breakfast was very minimal, but other options nearby not too costly.

Location was 15 minutes to Niagara Falls.

It was one of the most ridiculous place I've ever stayed. It should not be classified at any star. Here is why - Open windows in bathroom, Room was missing basic stuff - Iron, Microwave, not enough Towels, Bathrrom seat came off, Really small room, Smell was unbearable, Breakfast was not hygenic as there was no serving spoons, Orange juice was like a diluted SODA POP and not real Juice. No ice machine. and the list goes on...

need to be clean properly, carpet steam clean ,high and low dusting, also Irone need it, bathroom poor cleaning sink , toilet, shower, floor, mirrow.

The motel staff was very nice. It was within walking distance of clifton hill.

Most of my phone calls were not put through to my room. During our stay, there was alot of people partying there each night until like 3am or later! Our room wasn't very clean!

Location was pretty good. 10 Minute walk to Falls and even a little less to Clifton Hill area.

Room was not very clean. Beds are uncomforatable. Motel needs lots of updating. Wall tile in bathroom came off the wall while using the sink.

I found this hotel through a website for pet friendly hotels. When I made my reservation, I let the hotel know that I was bringing my dog. When I arrived, they told me that they did not allow pets but they would make an exception. Because they did not allow pets, they wanted me to sneak the dog in through the back. I was given two rooms to choose from - smelly and dumpy and just dumpy.

Convenient. Close to attraction. Affordable for budget minded people.Freindly working owner.

Room could have been cleaner. No cups/glasses and no hand towels.Cleaners didn't show up in the morning making it difficult for owner to keep up. Minor objections.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

The price did not fit the location.

the owners were the most pleasant people i have met in a very long time.
