Staff excellant right the way through, room excellant for the price, worth much more, good location just a few minutes from the falls.

nothing, this place is not at all suitable for people with children. The room was full of smoke smell and I requested a "none smoking" room. my baby has wheezing and I had to keep him in there because it was too late to cancel the room and find another one in the area.

room was not clean at all.

we didnot like our stayed in that hotel, that hotel was so stinky and the desk staff were so rude and they did not give what was room that i book ...instead they gave the smelly and room and they said If I do not get the room they throw us away and cancel my reservation and look for another hotel...I can't believed those people esp. the old guy who talked to us so badly...I will never, never, never back on that hotel anymore....

Upgraded booking to two adjoining rooms without request. Booked due to availability of fridge and microwave.

children's room did not appear as though it was cleaned. There were no towels, toilet paper was not on the roll. There were no amenities (i.e. shampoo etc.) Facilities were old and not upgraded. Both fridges froze the food.

The owner made you feel like he really appreciated your buisness and made you feel very welcome.

Rooms a little crowded.

It was easy to find and park at, while within walking distance of the falls area. The staff really do their best to keep everyone comfortable -- and we were. We didn't need the microwave and fridge in the end, but appreciated having these things. We also didn't need to do much more than shower and sleep, but the room would have been a fine place to spend an evening, if we had needed. My spouse had just arrived in Canada for the first time, and her first impressions were good.

Don't expect your dream hotel breakfast -- mostly coffee, juice toast and jam to bring back to your room. (For us it was very sufficient, however.)

Honestly, we were very disapointed......There is nothing I liked and I would not recomend it.

Way overpriced for the amenities. And also, this is a motel and should be listed accordingly.

Good location, very reasonable price.

The windows in the room don't open and it's really stuffy inside, but you can always use the air conditionning.

Locations is good, rooms needs to be renewed. Staff very kind and available also after check out, very competitive prices. Suggested.

The staff

Fantastically courteous and helpful staff, from desk to housekeeping. They were willing to carry my bag, to direct me to out of the way fresh food restaurants, and to make up in friendliness and service what the age of carpeting, decor etc. lacked. It was very clean, and the bed was new and very comfortable. The hotel was inexpensive, but I was treated with great class and dignity by all four staff I met.

The carpeting was so stained I didn't want to put bare feet on it.

Few minutes to the Fall. The employes very nice and frinedly. We will come back to this hotel.
