Ｓunnset innで予約したのに、こちらは満室なので、同じオーナーのRodeway innに宿泊するように言われた。そちらの方がベッドが広いから得だと言っていたが、建物も古くはっきりいって契約違反である！朝食もコーヒーも、わざわざsunset innに取りに行かなければならず、非常に不便。 |

Nothing, I was disappointed . The noise you can here the other room, then the bed, we can't sleep because something is bitting us, I guess there are flees under the sheets. |

Convenient. Close to attraction. Affordable for budget minded people.Freindly working owner. Room could have been cleaner. No cups/glasses and no hand towels.Cleaners didn't show up in the morning making it difficult for owner to keep up. Minor objections. |

room had no phone until i asked for one....room had NO heat...room was dirty and had beer cans under nightstand...could not sleep because of the noise from upstairs and the street...carpets were dirty and nasty |

close to the falls,(walking distance) fridge in the room was a nice touch, the owners were friendly No hot water, plug for the tub did not work therefore could not take a bath, only 2 very small towels, 1 facecloth, pillows were like hard pancakes |

It was walking distance from the falls, but not too close.....The staff was nice and watched our suitcase before and after official checking in and out time. breakfast... was nothing too exciting! |

It has a good location and for the price, the hotel was fairly clean. It was okay..but bedding had blood spots on comforter, desk staff while pleasant need to reassess the things they do (smoking a joint???), parking is horrendous and needs to be improved |

The only thing good about the hotel was that it was in walking distance of the places we wanted to visist Yes, the fact that we were quoted a certain price for a queen suite and when we got there was forced to "rent" a smaller room w/o out the luxuries we were exspecting. Was told breakfast was included..breakfast was donuts and coffee in the lobby..they had no cold drinks or snacks avbailable after have signs posted that these items were also available in the office.. |

It is a nice place with pool. Pool and the area around it was very clean. The only thing I did not like was the service. We had three rooms. But there were not enough towels for all the people. Our rooms were never cleaned once we leave the room, we had tell them to make sure they clean the room. The place is nice but could use improvement in the service. |

That the front desk adhered to the needs of me and my roomates and they were very courteous and respectful. I did not like how uncomfortable a setting it was. It was a very sketchy hotel to stay at. |

Everything was bad and dirty about the Sunset Inn. We stayed there 3 nights and they never cleaned the room. Their price was also higher than other places. This place should be removed from the web site. |

This hotel was close to everything. We could walk to Niagara Falls and drive 5 minutes to Marine Land. My girls really liked the pool. The price was nice. The room was comfortable. The continental breakfast was sparse - slice white bread, butter, jam, coffee juice. They were a lot of breakfast specials at restaurants close by. The main light in the room was out so we had to use the lamps. |
