No phone in room No Internet as advertised

It was a very comforting and convenient place to spend the night. The hotel staff provided remarkably excellent services.

we didnot like our stayed in that hotel, that hotel was so stinky and the desk staff were so rude and they did not give what was room that i book ...instead they gave the smelly and room and they said If I do not get the room they throw us away and cancel my reservation and look for another hotel...I can't believed those people esp. the old guy who talked to us so badly...I will never, never, never back on that hotel anymore....

The owners were very helpful and friendly, very welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable with fridge and microwave which was very useful with young children. The location was great with short walk to everything and the rate was the best we could find. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Niagara Falls.

It was easy to find and park at, while within walking distance of the falls area. The staff really do their best to keep everyone comfortable -- and we were. We didn't need the microwave and fridge in the end, but appreciated having these things. We also didn't need to do much more than shower and sleep, but the room would have been a fine place to spend an evening, if we had needed. My spouse had just arrived in Canada for the first time, and her first impressions were good.

Don't expect your dream hotel breakfast -- mostly coffee, juice toast and jam to bring back to your room. (For us it was very sufficient, however.)

Good location, very reasonable price.

The windows in the room don't open and it's really stuffy inside, but you can always use the air conditionning.

It was a walking distance from the Falls so it was easy access for my family members. Everything was close by.

Amazing customer service, staff had great attitude, room was nice, clean and spacious. Location is perfect in terms of walking distance to the falls etc. We had no problems/issues with anything at all! Overall, great stay, will definitely return!

Le motel est a dix minutes a pied des Chutes de Niagara. N'est pas bruyant. La chambre pour trois etait tres confortable et comprenait une chambre avec un lit double et une chambre avec deux lits doubles. Proprietaire sympatique.

Un peu de renovation serait un plus...

Desayuno 1 tostada de pan ingles con mermelada zumo de naranja y cafe, a esto le llaman continental. No hicieron la cama ningun dia la piscina es para 4 personas maximo

Les lits très confortables, près du centre ville, le propriétaire très gentil il nous donnait tous ce qu'on lui demandais, piscine extérieur tres bien.

La propreté de la chambre est moyenne,

C'etait proche de tout. Le proprietaire et/ou gerant etait tres gentil.

C'est desuet. Une coche en bas et nous dirions que c'etait sale.
