The price was okay

Hotel should have a "do not disturb" sign for the door knobs when you don't want the cleaning employees knocking at the doors. Room was not cleaned properly as I found hair in the washroom.

Could not find familiar channels on TV. Need a channel guide!

Their staff was most friendly and helpful when I need them. It was easily assessable from all major places in the area

Nothing that I can brag about. Old facility. Not enough shampoo for two people. Couple of lamps were not working. The table clock is way off.

The location was ideal for our purpose.

My reservation was not found upon check-in. It was odd that the clerk did not have my res. number either...they were not automated. He was kind enough to clean the last room at midnight.

The price is reasonable. Perfect place facility is great provided with fridge and microwave was really perfect for me. ESP provided with the hair dryer is so impt for me. And it's very clean the most impt reception staff are all warmth . And ESP the location is easy to find out. Accessible for the bus most impt.

The hotel room size is perfect bed and and esp the big flat screen tv makes me feel so great hotel plus the glass overlooking outside view, it's really perfect ESP when snowing how I wish there a snow fall those days I stayed.

Fausse publicité. Ils annoncent des chambres à 2 lits ''Queens'' quant en réalité, ce ne sont que des lits doubles. Le réceptionniste ne trouvait pas notre réservation. Il avait de la difficulté à parler en anglais sauf pour Ya, Ya, sure. Chambre exégue mais en apparence propre compte tenu de l'aspect du mobilier qui semblait dater des années 80. Le tapis semblait avoir beaucoup de vécu. Pour éteindre les lampes sur pied, il fallait tout simplement les débrancher du mur. Il y avait des cheveux sur les draps des 2 lits. Déduction: la femme de chambre perd anormalement ses cheveux, les draps ont été lavés avec les serviettes d'un salon de coiffure des environs ou les draps n'ont tout simplement pas été changés??? Faites votre choix. Quand les occupants de la chambre d'à côté sont arrivés, ça nous a réveillé. Il a fallu partir l'unité de chauffage - A/C pour assourdir le bruit et pouvoir finalement se rendormir.

Excelente localização que fica entre o Aeroporto e o centro de Toronto. Espaço amplo e comfortável.

Encontrei um monte de cabelo de fios longos em minha cama. Não tive a oportunidade de manter minhas malas no hotel até a hora do meu voo.

At night hotel employee closed/locked door ("be back in 5 minutes" sign) couldn't get back in. People were waiting outside to check in. Bad service Also the sheets had holes all over them

Location in proximity to transportation routes/roads.

Lights were burnt out. Television didn't work. Room smelled awful. Room dirty, ripped fabric on sofa, -- Its a place for hookers.

Location to my event.

Confusion about terms of reservation. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke.

If you are looking for a one night stop over stay not a bad place for under a hundred dollars. Staff were good, room was a typical older room but clean. My particlar room was ground floor so car was parked right at front door. Room had a mini fridge and microwave. Bedding was all new as well as tv. Location is decent to the airport. Not a place I would plan to go to for an extended stay, I was flying early out of Pearson so it worked for my needs. There appeared to be some people traffic that was a little sketchy however no trouble was had.

It appeared the hotel was used for probably local activity that perhaps is a little unsavory. If that was gone the property could probably clean up a bit and be a planned extended stay place as good value for families I would think.
