Pet friendly rooms. Good selection for breakfast

Not enough counter space in the breakfast room. You had to balance your plate while you moved the lid for the eggs, then replace the lid and do the same for the bacon. You could not set your plate down anywhere near the eggs or bacon. I even witnessed someone dropping their plate because there was no room.

the assistance from the staff and the cleanliness

the access was a little confusing for someone like me, coming from a small town and trying to find the entrance and parking, was lucky got a spot right outside the front

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. I will be coming back the end of March and am looking forward to trying out the pool.

I am a smoker and got a smoking room. I know that lingering smoke smells but I found that my room really smelled bad even though there was an air purifier in it.

Clean rooms

Loud in hallways in the morning, could hear cleaning staff before 9 am. Pillows were not that comfortable

Location to family living in Calgary. Location may not be appropriate if you don't need to be in the far south part of Calgary.

The room was a great size an it was split so when I woke up I could watch tv without interupting my partner. It was extremely nice as well as cost effective.

Cleanliness

The cheap furniture and the lack of value for money.

The room had an awful smell... the room was not very clean and looked run down and the blankets did ot look fresh and white. I feel we paid WAY too much for what we got out of this hotel. We would never stay again.

The location was close to the event we attended. Price was affordable.

Bathrooms appeared run down. Teens would not swim in pool because they said you could write your name in the slime on the tiles. Pool does not appear to have been scrubbed for quite some time so we could not use that amenity. Would only suggest to others if the wingate accross the road is fully booked.

I thought that with a little effort this could be a three-star accomodation. I felt secure and very comfortable.

The details could use some attention. The plant in the hallway had never been dusted and no amount of customer service can change the impression left behind.

Easy to find, desk clerk friendly, quiet, spacious, and breakfast was fine.

Ice build up it was difficult walking into motel from car park despite the fact we were right in front. Was not snow/ice cleared.

Well I have to say that the location of this Super 8 was great, along side the main highway as you come into town. Very convienient. We are a semi- mature couple (ages53 & 41) with no kids, but I do have to say that one of our favorite thing about this Super 8 was the indoor waterslide and pool! We played on it like we were 10 again! That is until real children came to play! It was a blast. Also the breakfast was nice. And Bed was comfy and room was clean.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was decent. The room was very dirty. The bedding was so badly full of stains. The mirror had to be cleaned to see it. I would never stay at this hotel again. The towels had blood stains on them. We felt gross staying there. But we had no other option. In fact we tried calling this hotel the night before to see if we could book for that night. But they don't answer the phone. Only thing we liked were the staff!

Stay was good but their price is bit high compare to what you get but again cheaper then other hotel.

Loved the pool and hot tub , the room was great and the continental breakfast was excellant.

Had a minor problem with the television in our room.

I like the good service, free breakfast and clean roon.

It's about 20 minutes from the downtown, however the hotel is very close to Ctrain

Rooms have been made over since our last visit. Very nice and relaxing. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms very clean.

only stayed one night but the girl at the front counter Amanda was excellent.

No fault of the hotel was my mistake but I had to take a smoking room. You should make the hotel all none smoking like the rest of the world.

The pool

Everything was great. The staff was very helpful and congenial. I was amazed at how quiet the room was.
