The location, and staff were wonderful.

Our room didn't get cleaned as we returned at about 4:30 in the afternoon to relax before dinner and they were just about to clean as we got there, however they did stop in later to see if we needed anything.

    Comfy beds

No towels in the hot tub room. Breakfast room was over crowded and there was a lack of clean dishes.

Very friendly staff. Good complimentary breakfast, nice upgrade, bar frig, beautiful comfortable bed.

Probably bit far from sky train to Calgary, other than that it was fantastic.

Good size room. Quiet. Lighting was good. Shower was very good.

No elevator. Checking in was slow because of the large numbers checking in at the same time and only one staff working at desk.

Front desk clerks were very obliging.

The breakfast was poor the waffle iron was not turned on, water to make tea was cold, and no staff was on hand. Also the stairs to the 3rd floor could have seen a vacuum cleaner

Great location It was very clean. Front desk staff were very accommodating. Across the street from Tim Horton's.

Complimentary breakfast was not satisfactory, juice machine was not working and water jug on cooler was empty. Cereal choices were all loaded with sugar. We went across to Tim Horton's after the first morning. Housekeeping left the window in the room open when they cleaned the room on the first day and we were on the ground floor. Room was next door to vacant parking lot and diesel truck parked there and ran engine all night.

    Clean rooms, friendly staff.

Can't always be helped when there are others staying at the hotel, but a ridiculous amount of noise made for restless three nights. And changing rooms three times didnt help, but staff were very friendly and accomodating and rooms clean. Not really the best value for money, but on par with the other hotels in town.

I thought the beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They also dealt well with the hockey parents who thought it acceptable to allow their kids to play a full hockey tournament in the hallway outside our door.

The hockey tournament outside our room door.

The location, easy to find and close the the mountains, beautiful views!

I gave a poor score for cleanliness, because we found an empty box of lubricant from a previous guest under the ottoman when we moved it . And in my brothers room saw a piece of food left under the table, not a hard thing to see, gross! Wish you had a few different sizes of pillows; they were much too big, and I eventually ended up trying to sleep without a pillow at all, after a while I rolled up a towel and stuck it under my neck for support. In defence of the hotel, I didn't call the front desk to ask for another one in a different size, as it was so late and I was so tired... and figured I would just try using the pillow anyway! Maybe I should be bringing my own pillows, just trying to keep what I bring to a minimum.

I thought it was very much like a hotel not a motel. I really like the waffle maker, you barely find waffle makers in hotels. It should be super 8 hotel not motel.

    No pool.

They stuck us in the basement because of our dog, next to the mechanical room and laundry. Smelled like chemicals. No pool, and still charged us $140 plus tax.
