Super 8 Downtown Toronto    

excellent location: on a main transit artery. Amble room size with all the necessary items. clean

Garage use a little limited and costly. Best to leave car and use multi transit system-tram, bus, subway.

Overlooking inside of shopping centre, breakfast had run out and there were no seats by 8.30am and the room was dark and a bit grimy. Needs a refresh.

Choices at continental breakfast where very limited compared to other Super 8 hotels that I had stayed at. Would have liked some yogurt, fruit and boiled eggs which we had at the Peterborough Super 8 hotel. No in room movies.

When I complained about my room, the staff immediately put me in a different room and were very apologetic.

When I first checked into my room, the rug was dirty, had burn holes in it, and it appeared that someone was sitting on the end of the bed prior to my arrival. Also when I pulled the sheets down the sheets has little black fuzz on them.

Clean hotel in an excellent location for a decent rate, will stay here when in Toronto

Room was within lobby area- not down a hallway. Some noise from people passing. Layout of bathroom made it awkward to use toilet. Breakfast was too limited - breads, muffins,cereals -no yogurt or healthy choices.

the hotel was within walking distance of the Toronto Western hospital

Internet was very poor. Advertised as high speed but could not even connect at times.

The room was amazing hot tub and loads of room. Very comfortable also

I was somewhat disgruntled by the amount of time it took for me to confirm my booking of the room when I was on the telephone. It took far to long and I was originally told that I did not have a booking, that there was nothing on file and that turned out to be a false statement. The room was booked

We especially were happy with the location...right in Chinatown and right near public transportation. The hotel staff was knowledgeable and very professional.

Breakfast room encouraged us to look elsewhere. This was not the ambience we were looking for. This is not a criticism of the hotel.

The front staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean and did not have any odor.

The entrance is hard to spot when arriving from one side. The parking entrance is displayed and the taxi has to go 3 levels below for the hotel parking. If a temporary sign for taxi parking is made conspicuous so that the space in front of China Town can be used for unloading the baggage, one can go to the reception easily. The other entrance of elevator from inside of Chinatown complex opens up in the hotel, but it is not clear if we entered the right place as there is no reception sign and the reception area is not visible.

Location was great lots of choices to eat close by and near Sick Kids Hospital.

Excellent Location

The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Liked having the couch in our room. It was a great location, only a 15 minute walk to the Rogers Centre, and all the attractions around there. Staff was friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.

The water pressure in our shower was horrible, barely enough to wash oneself. The bathroom sink was clogged and took forever to drain, making it hard to get ready to go out.

The Super 8 is in the heart of Toronto's vibrant China Town and offers easy access to some of the city's best attractions. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. On-site parking was very reasonable compared to other downtown hotels.

The complimentary breakfast was adequate but the variety was limited.

Location could be better and poor breakfast. Fire alarm sound around 4:00am, we had to run to the lobby, at the end it was just a fire drill...

The staff was extremely nice. We enjoying every second of our trip.
