I got a good deal while booking the hotel that too in the peak season.
House keeping did not changed the sheets every day. Break fast not so impressive and the waitress was not very friendly
Shower curtains not serving purpose
very pleasant staff great breakfast
Location perfect Bed was huge and comfortable Plenty of pillows and blankets Free tea and coffee 24/7 Staff excellent Great having wifi but you had to log in each time you used it.
Having wifi was great but the signal kept dropping and you had to keep logging in every time you used it. That's my only complaint.
IN THE CENTRE, CLOSE TO METRO AND STREETCARS, EASY TO COME FROM AIRPORT.SECURE.
I DID NOT LIKE THEIR BREAKFAST.THERE WERE NOT MANY DIFFERENT FOOD.
No cancellation policy. We live in a complex world, itineraries change all the time...
floors were very loud , made of plywood it sounded like a parade was going by. Breakfast offering was poor
Comfort of bed Relative good position Clean bathroom
Although some staffs behaved good but generally I think they must try for better communication and respect for guests Quality of breakfast was not good
view was fantastic, location was good for us, breakfast was good and area was clean, was quiet
curtains didn't fit windows, cob webs on ceiling, fridge was dirty, pictures were dusty,
Lots of noise and running around on our floor, even after 2am. When I mentioned it the next morning at the front desk, the desk clerk didn't seem disinterested.
Shopping restaurants close by
Staff was friendly and courteous, was a very cozy room
Needs a little TLC but couple extra minutes of cleaning would be great
Staff was incredible helpful, great location.
That it was close enough to the hospital
The breakfast. Horrible menu. Not good at all. bed linens were stained. Stairways to the lobby was dirty...seemed like we were going into a horror movie.
Would definitely stay here again.
Friendly and helpful staff, good location
Meagre breakfast choice, furniture rather battered looking, needs refurbishing
The location in Chinatown is interesting and convenient. Lots of good Chinese food nearby, obviously, and also a few blocks from Queen Street which has various eclectic dining options.
The breakfast is ok but nothing special. Coffee, muffins, bagels but with a toaster that doesn't work too well. There was a waffle iron that smelled good but didn't try that out.
We loved being on top of The mall!! We were Pleasantly surprised at How quiet it was. The breakfast was a big value point to us too. The location is fantastic and so central to shopping and tourist sites.
The only thing we did not Like was the lack of lighting in our room and the hallways. It was SO dim and difficult to see things. Another lamp in each room and brighter bulbs are definitely needed!!!!
I liked the fact that there was plenty of outlets to allow us to hook up our sleep apnea machines.
Directions to the parking garage would have been helpful on your website so that your guests would not have to run around the streets finding the right entrance to the parking area.
could have been cleaner
the staff was rude when talked to over the phone, hung up on us when asking a question.
Clean and modern
No heat, cooling, or fan control - not good
It would so considerate of the front desk reception to upgrade me to a kingsize room... As I was only travelling alone.. And found it a bit uncomfortable to be at the back of the hotel all by myself. I asked the front desk if perhaps I could 'downgrade' to my original request.. and be closer to the front entrance. He certainly did comply with my request. Two doors from the front desk. Worked for me! As I was exhausted, I fell asleep immediately, so I couldn't really comment on the comfort of the bed!
The King size room upgrade was very thoughtful. What I didn't like was that it was at the end of a very long, kind of not well lit hallway.. and being by myself. I was uncomfortable with this. Had my husband been with me.. I would have jumped on the location of this suite!
The location, large comfy beds, extra pillow in the room, nice showerhead.
Having to get up early!!! But, that's not your fault!
This place was clean, and worth the money! I am a student so this was the best I could find, within walking distance to every great club! It was helpful that there is a shopping center and food court in the same building so we could pick up things last minute! The room was clean and the staff were professional. AND the parking was only $10 (where as other hotels charged $40-50). Unbelievable! Quick and easy process, no problems. Very happy and will stay there again.
I booked a hotel with two beds and a sofa bed on booking.com, but only got a room with 2 queen beds. Wasn't accurate, but worked out okay for us this time. Will be more careful to check with the front desk.
