The staff was great! And overall no complains.

I think that the tax needs to be added on when you book on line so you don't get a $40.00 surprise like I did at check out time. Motels in Canada are expensive and if one is going to travel up there I guess you just need to expect that.

Great staff - friendly and helpful.

Did not like that booking.com is not "live" with Super 8. My reservation made on Booking.com was faxed to the hotel and in the interim, the rooms booked were not available. The staff at Super 8 made it work. I will not use booking.com in the future.

It was all good!

When booking 3 rooms on line I specifically stated "hold only " with my credit card. The other 2 guests would be paying for their rooms. When I checked in I again reiterated only my room to be charged to my cc. Imagine my surprise when those 2 parties called me 2 days later to thank me for paying for their room!!! They tried to pay and the clerk told them NO- it was paid by me. I have spoken to mgr and she wants to get a hold of other 2 guests before she decides to refund my CC...even though she admits she is fully aware it was NOT to be processed on my CC and was an error on her staff's behalf. THIS WAS NOT MY PROBLEM I should not be made responsible.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendyl.

I stayed there with my daughter for her hockey tournament the hotel was quiet clean, and the staff was friendly. The rooms we big the beds were comfy are room had a small kitchenette so it would have been good if we stayed longer then a few days. The breakfast at the hotel was really yummy. I would stay there again and again!!!

Friendly, comfortable and affordable!

Easy to find and hadd the amenities I wanted and needed.

The cost.....but I am accustomed to usa motel rates as well as discounts for military and/or seniors...both of which I am eligible for in the usa but denied in Canada.

Very clean and all facilities including the eating area were very well attended. When asked for assistance the staff were very quick to respond.

Old Fashioned Philips T.V. not Flat Screen!!

We loved the value of the Super 8 High River, and the kids loved the indoor pool with a slide! The room was clean and comfy and the staff was very friendly. With several fast-food restaurants nearby, the location was great for a budget-minded family. Our expectations were exceeded! We would definitely stay here again!

Greeted with friendly staff. Welcoming atmosphere. Nice clean, new hotel. Laundry on site was helpful. Room clean and fresh. Amazing water slide. Very comfortable stay. Great location. Restaurants, stores, pharmacy within walking distance, but still a small town feel with view of country side. Would stay there again!

We found the motel and it's staff to be excellant in every way. I would not hestitate to recommend this accommodation to my family and friends.

When I went to go to bed and pulled the bedspread back it was stained with blood and I don't even know what else. I complained to front desk and the only response I got was "that's disgusting"
