I was in Medicine Hat visiting family and I liked the location close to the mall and where my family lives At 3am on our second night we were woke up by other guests yelling in the hallway. Not the fault of the hotel and things quieted down quickly

I like super 8s and travel a Lot across canada. Always had a clean room and nice bed - this one does not !!! Our rooms phone did not work - would hang up and could not reach the front desk.Also, the tv was hard to turn on and off - required instructions, as it was not straight forward at all. Also - you can hear everything from the next room - ther guests. This hotel needs a serious renovation. I give t a 2 out of 10....

This hotel was one of the cheapest in Medicine hat. This location is trying to be eco friendly - free upgrade to a king bed when asked. Some recent room renovations makes a good improvement of an old building. Hotel is outdated, but I didn't expect it to be. Likely to be used by a lot of oil labour workers staying the night. hallways can be loud in the morning because of this.

Nothing Everything. The building was old and run down. The room wasn't clean. The linen were so threadbare that I could see the mattress underneath them, and the blanket was absolutely disgusting. The soap when we opened the package fell apart into small pieces. The TV was old and the picture was terrible.

The hotel was incredibly noisy. Friday night we were kept awake by a group of people all night. Then the same group seemed to start at 6 am the next morning. The following night we kept the air conditioner on all night so that we could not hear the noise outside. It seemed to work

I liked the access to the highway and clear signage to allow me to locate the hotel. I was impressed with the desk staff who were helpful and courteous We booked into this hotel since it was part of what we thought was a strong branded National chain where we could book into a family atmosphere. On our first night in the hotel we awoke in terror as someone was trying to break into the room. We reported this in the am and got a discount of 20% on our room that night which was ok. However being terrorized is not relevant to a $20.00 deduction. Anyone booking in here should check the parking lot for drilling rig guys or seasonal workers with 5 in a room and the doors open singing before sunset!! Concerning the facilities... They were very basic and a bit rundown and the bathroom was only the size of a closet. I could have stayed in a locally owned hotel for half the price and enjoyed the same facilities

Enjoyed the pool and hot-tub. Great location for our purpose in the Hat. LUMPY PILLOWS!!! felt like they were made of bits of foam, quite uncomfortable, should have brought my own.

Very good breakfast. I like that there are hard boiled eggs as a good protein option. Your staff were excellent. I was a bit late coming for breakfast and they made me feel welcome. Nothinng

The staff was very friendly and helpfull The rooms were very old and smelled like dirty old rug!! Very nasty for a super 8. Had to buy a smelly candle to mask the smell Would never stay there again !!!
