Super 8 Motel - North Bay

Les lits sont trop mous et les oreillers trop gros.

The staff were excellent from check in through to check out . Any questions and requests were promptly addressed in a helpful and friendly manner. I will stay there every time I go to North Bay.

The windows don't open.

Not having an apartment in North Bay the Super 8 was very reasonable in price and comfortable.

Found the bed comfortable, room was clean,

My room didnt have a fridge.

There was no exercise room but for the cost of the room I can't really complain about that.

The room was booked for a guest with mobility restrictions. When we arrived, we were given a room on the second floor. This is a 3 floor motel with absolutely NO elevator or other lifting device-only stairs. The management changed our room with a room on the first floor. The room appeared spartan. The heater in the room was very noisey. There were parts of the building that appeared unfinished. The staff that we saw were dressed very casually, did not appear to have proper business attire for their jobs.

Everything was done in a very friendly and professional manner, and the staff were very willing to please each customer as their needs required.

The only thing I saw was, a customer came in to check into his room and there was no-one at the front desk. There wasnt a bell or something he could use to draw the attention of any staff which were in the area, he waited approx. 10 minutes.

The manager and staff were friendly and accommodating. We stayed as a family within a larger group for a wedding. We were able to get adjoining rooms. There was a traveler who needed to arrive late at night. We were able to have our needs accommodated. Thank you to the manager and his staff for helping make the wedding arrangements easy and enjoyable. Cathy

When I went to see if I can check in early the man at reception wasnt very friendly... He could of been nicer about it

Had problems with my reciept. Not able to print out correctly. My sister also booked room in same hotel received rate 20 dollars cheaper then yours. Do to cost differance not hotel I will most likely not recomend this site for booking rooms. I paid 60 more then should have. When I spend over a third of a year in hotels. Nomally not seeing the cost as it is paid by work. I would have used just points at other hotel. But when booking rooms needing pet friendly place for my grown children. I went this way. I will remember this cost differance.

We liked our suite as it came with everything you needed.Our beds were very comfortable to our surprise!

We have handicap parking but every night when we returned to the hotel we had to park in the back, Therefore more handicap parking would be better.

it was the cheapest I could find and was needing a place to just sleep for the night. Arrived late and checked out early.

There is a dirty smell in the hallways and the carpets are disgustingly dirty. This hotel is not worth the price I paid, next time I would spend more to get better quality. I have stayed at Super 8's before and they were much cheaper and had more to offer.

Location was good

The beds were awful. The mattresses were wore out to the point you felt like you were lying in a bowl. Had to unplug the fridge because of the noise it makes.

Super staff and great price plus great location.

It was actually medical reasons we were there..I like the fact you gave a medical discount. There seemed to be many booked places when we tried on line..thankfully you had 3 rooms on the ground floor.

Location was very good.

The $30 deposit required when I checked in. Never had to pay a hotel deposit before and am waiting for refund.

Room smelt stale and old pet stains on the carpet not properly cleaned, added to the odor,. Would have liked a couple more electrical outlets by the bed. Only two; one for lamp and radio. I had my laptop and phone charger to plug in. Had to plug them in across the room. A power bar would solve that prpblem.

I liked the fact that the room was very clean parking was close to the door for 2nd floor and thee was a table and chair in room nice to have palace to work and eat

Price is too high usually but I got a deal at 49.99 for two nights if they had a preferred customer rate around 60-65 $. I would stay therefore often
