Score from 825 reviews Wonderful
The swimming pool with slide.
Hotel supervisor was very helpful with finding restaurants and very friendly to talk to. I absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again when visiting Quebec City again.
Very clean and comfortable. Reasonable price.
Excellent bed, nice room, whirlpool tub a bit too shallow (it's a bit pointless if parts are sticking out.)
There is no way someone without kids can enjoy the pool as its main attraction is the waterslide and there are kids running around screaming all the time. Would be nice to keep an hour of each evening kids free (like regular swimming pools). The breakfast was fine for a Super8 type of hotel, but they ran out of eggs and juice quite fast (but it was a busy day.)
Very quiet, staff very friendly and helpful
Exercise equipment broken
It took an hour on buses to get to old Quebec. One of the buses only came around once an hour so it was very inconvenient to get to all the tourist attractions. It was deceptive as far as the price as well. Once the taxes were added on, the hotel was not that good of a deal.
The pool and slide were perfect for the kids. The included breakfast was ok, clean rooms with duvets on beds, plenty of free parking, free wifi that's fast enough for netflix.
Beds could have been more comfortable, a/c was very noisy.
Love the room! Loved the pool area!
Breakfast... slow.. too many people waiting in line
Verry good place
Staff was friendly and spoke English very well. This is a good stopover place if going on to Montreal or Ottawa from the Maritimes. Close to several restaurants and easy access to Hwy .40 and 20
If you want to take in night life in Quebec City, this is not the place. It is an expensive taxi ride to and from the centre core. The restaurant that was recommended was not very good for the price. Service was poor. Breakfast room was way too small for the size of the hotel with a very poor selection.
The location was really good, close to a cinema and a lot of restaurant. The pool was really good.
The gym was really small, the staff was lost when i was paying my bills, the kitchen is small with almost no choice of food. No kitchen inside. The slide in the pool is realy dangerous for small children.
We stayed there for one night only. Excellent value for the money. Rooms are clean and staff is ok. You may have to wait for somebody to show up at reception though. Parking right besides.
Breakfast is poor. Only hard-boiled eggs, cereals, bad waffles and plastic sealed muffins. Also, not a lot of tables so if you show up after 9, you may have to eat standing of wait for a table. However, since this was only a night stop for us, it didn't bother us too much.
Took to long to fill juccuzi tub no water pressure and tub to small
-Pool is really dangerous, too slippery around it -breakfast - OMG! everything was empty, waited like 15 minutes to be able to pick something to eat, no juice, pancake stuff was empty....no fruits...
I liked the location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Liked that there was black staff, which is important for me and my family.-
The breakfast area was a zoo. It's too small. No fruit offered . Gym equipment limited and not working great. There was a young child above us who ran and jumped on the floor for several hours, and early in the morning.
Convenient location, Chinese buffet right next door, clean modern room, comfy bed.
Cars must block narrow entrance drive to unload, parking lot floods, free breakfast a disaster (lineups waiting 20 minutes for bread, out of many foods, broken appliances, insufficient tables), lots of noise from pool.
Relatively new, very clean with free ample parking; convenient to restaurant choices, easy drive to Old Quarter. Hotel has a helpful map. Also close to airport but a car is needed to get around
Breakfast lacked hot eggs and breakfast meats
more supervision for pool and water slide parking is minimal
This hotel is clean and good value for money. The breakfast was good but no seating and too many people.
It has a big pool and only good for people with small children. Too many kids running around all day.
Excellent staff and service. Superb room
Breakfast room too small.
The hotel was central to the places we wanted to go to. Our children also liked the pool.
The contential breakfast was not refilled and there was no place to sit so we took what we had to our room. We asked for our room to be cleaned and when we arrived back to our room that evening it was not done. As well there is a farm close by and the air outside smelled like manure.
The pool, the room and the service.
There were'nt enough fruits for breakfast.
At bed time we pulled the bed out from the sofa and found that the linens were still on the bed from the previous guests. When we called the front desk the personnel did not seem to be too happy having to make up a bed (which i can understand) but did not apologize for the error.
