close to airport. Can leave your car will take and pick up you from the airport. Nice people. Good price pillows were to hard and when asked for other pillows were told they did not have any more.??? This is a hotel after all.

The staff were very polite and accommodating. The pool was very cold and in the photos on the website it showed a hot tub beside the pool. There was no hot tub at this location.

It was further away from the airport that I thought. Your shuttle driver was late the next morning, causing us to miss our plane to Vegas, costing us a day of our vacation. Your shuttle driver, Marcel thought a trip to Vegas was a domestic flight and the driver the next morning took us all over the place rather than straight to the airport. Very disappointing, sat in airport for 4 hrs, then to Regina, another 2 hr wait and then on to Vegas. Unbeleivable local knowledge from your hotel staff.

Location was just right for our purpose. Rooms were clean and well supplied. Bed was not very comfortable for me. Generally a good stay at reasonable rates.

Nothing Stains on corridors carpets rooms were smelly restaurant had poor hours stayed 2 night after first night they took our towles hanging up and never replaced them so had to ask for more at midnight and that took a hour to get them but on a good note stayed at the medicine hat lodge and it was fantastic and paid 40 dollars less a night so the travel lodge and internet booking will not be a option for us any longer kelvin

full service. I had no problems, if any, they helped me very quick. Comfortable rooms, cose to the sirport, they have their own transfer to the airport, really nice people. I don't like electronics keys :(
