The staff was helpful when my reservation could not be found and they gave us a room in spite of this. The bed was awful and we were up all night..it was like sleeping on a hammock, it was caving in the middle. |

The price was great and the location was great also. We only stayed one night as our room was next to the elevator and it was very noisy all night, not just from the people but from the hum of the elevator. The room was smaller than we wanted. |

The friendliness and courtesy of all of the staff. Service at the front desk and in the restaurant was excellent. The ease of access was great as well. |

The airport shuttle service was a relief to the mind, to know we could be taken to the hotel easily. The restaurant has a wonderful friendly waitress that made us feel very welcome. The halls are not as clean looking as the rooms. |
