Glad you had a fitness room. Shuttle to the airport, drivers were friendly and accommodating.

The air conditioner was getting warmer every hour. My karate butter was liquid in the morning. It was hard to breath. I had to open the door to make it better.

The air conditioner was not in proper working order. It had no cover plate over over whole system, all there was the guts, no dials to control the system. It was preset to fan and we could not get the air conditioning to activate. The only way to turn it on or off was a wall switch. Which doesn't give you a way to control it for your own comfort. We were extremely hot all night. If air conditioned rooms are part of the amenities then they should be in good working order.

It was clean. And cleaning lady in the first floor was very nice.

The transport servis did not work. We were colected after two hours of waiting at the airport. Personal at the reception did not have our reservation so we had to look it up in our laptop, because their computer did not work. The personal was very bad.

The shuttle service was very handy and efficient

My bathroom was not clean there was hair all over the tub.

The hotel was dirty. I could not get anyone on the phone when we needed something for the room. Slow service. Very expensive per night compared to other hotels in the same rating. When I was booking I had a lot of diffculty getting information as the consultant was unknowing of policy, terms and conditions. Very uncomfortable beds. Dirty looking rooms, dirt on walls, garbage from previous people who stayed in the room. We found used ear plugs in the bed, garbage under the desk. The pool was not usable as the tempature was too hot, service employees did not know the solution.

The hotel is on a major road and was easy to find. Dogs are allowed and that's a plus for a lot of people. The price was reasonable. The restaurant was good to have after a busy day.

The air conditioner was in horrible disrepair and the filter was filthy. The lobby floor was dirty with cigarette butts and trash until the weekend staff worked. The front desk people rarely smiled and upon check-in they couldn't find my reservation for quite awhile. During these 10 minutes not one word was spoken to me!!

Close enough to the city that it wasn't a hassle to get there. Good eating nearby.

Keycard system was weird-cards expired every day and had to be renewed upon returning from town each night. Elevators seemed sketchy.

Not much only handy man he was the nicest air condition broke down so he came in change to different room the bed was so low it sucked

Absolutely horrific. We arrived for a stop over on our way to Banff, walked in and then basically walked out. Getting off the lift we had to step over a bunch of beer cans and were immediately hit by the smell of smoke. We ended up leaving once we saw a huge pile of vomit dirrectly outside our door. The manager didn't seem to really care. It was horrid.

Convienient to airport, staff was helpful in arranging a shuttle.

Food was OVER PRICED. Heard the guy next to me complain about a $16 bowl of Speghetti. After he compained the waitress said the Manager knows the prices are high and shes been working on changing the prices for a month. I got my billed and was equally as surprised to see my Clubhouse Sandwich was $16! Even high end pubs don't change that much for a sandwich.

Good spot to transit after travelling (onto Banff and Jasper)

Guests upstairs were way too loud and it took the front desk multiple calls and threats for the guests to be quiet. I wish more was done sooner. Other guests also complained and we failed to get any sleep from 3 to 5am.

Price

Rundown elevator weird noises, bed not comfortable, door locking mechanism did not work properly looks like most of the doors on my floor (4) have been jimmied you can see daylight through the sides. Position of toilet terrible cramped. Requested wake up it was forgotten about.

Every thing except the maids being loud.

We had to pick up a dog from the airport around midnight so didn't get to sleep until around 2 am. At 7:30 am the maids were very loud in the hallway.

Sometimes hard to figure out which power outlets work in the rooms, apparently some just don't work....so are the lamps, but I think it's just the power outlets..

The room was cheap. And no issues booking.

Staff was rude, the "fitness" room was a treadmill and a bike. The room we stayed in had garbage under the bed and the tv was covered in stains.

We had a last minute discounted price of $ 59.95 incl. For the night. Close to airport, ok room.

Poor staff, not helpfull with 3 questions i asked. parking car not as previous year, shuttle bys booked and had to go hour earlier.
