I was very pleased that I was able to have my pets with me. It was a pleasure to walk my dogs and meet other people with their pets. |

Nothing! The room was old and a dump. The staff was rude and not helpful. There was old riped sheets and blankets on the beds. The tolit ran and took 30 mintues to stop. Please read everything I wrote above. What a dump!!!! I can't beleive you stay open that the health board has not closed you yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was dirt every where and old paint on top of old paint. I did not even want to touch any thing. The Mattress were old and staind and riped. My son found old garabe under our bed. Unbeleivable!! |

location, allowed pets. Cleanliness was dismal, the carpets floors and bathroom were filthy, our bed sheets were not changed upon arrival and it took hours to get new sheets, the non-smoking room corridors smelled were laden with smoke, water ran freezing cold or boiling hot, this was my worst hotel experience ever. We are still trying to determine if we brought bedbugs home with us. |
