The hotel and staff are unbelievable! I enjoyed everything else 5 star!
The food choice was poor. The portions were very expensive and not a good value for the price. I would not recommend any of them to any friends. Sorry but you seem to have missed the boat on the food to the point that you should be ashamed of yourselves. You have a captive audience and you take advantage of them.
Fairytale atmosphere, right at Lake Louise, comfortable beds
No breakfast included, overpriced, very small room with tiny bathroom...
The location is beautiful - overlooking the picturesque Lake Louise
Incredibly overpriced for what you get. I wouldn't stay again or recommend to friends on this basis.
The hotel is located in the most beautiful area in the Rockies , hotel staff was excellent , great variety of restaurants on site
Are room... The maids must of forgot to clean the room it was very disappointing
Everything except our room was cold even after I adjusted the control.
Lake view room was not worth the money that we paid, next time I will defenitely book the mountain view. the buffet breakfast was very expensive
Stunning location ! ! ! Breathtaking scenery. Perfect accommodation and hotel hospitality to compliment the whole experience.
Excellent facilities It was like a winter wonderland Staff were extremely friendly
Everything was incredible expensive and i know this is an expensive hotel but my girlfriend and I went to the Glacier Saloon for dinner (which was excellent) and decided to get drinks unaware that the featured drink, cranberry Mojito, would cost $16. To add to this we went to the ice bar outside and was shocked to find the hot chocolate and baileys were $12.50 a piece.
beautiful location, shuttle bus driver who was taking us to the ski area very nice and friendly. While he was driving he talked about area and interesting spots in this location.
The front desk receptionist in a Spa rude and not helpful, had very poor knowledge about cosmetic products they sell in a spa. The rooms were extremely hot, the temperature control in a rooms was missing.
Not 'checkin' or checkout required because they actually used our online booking information! We were handed our room key as we pulled up in our car and said our name :) Fab view, fab room and fab service. Club room and the deli downstairs were great conveniences. Great shopping too!
Nothing to not like!!!!
I have stayed in this hotel approximately 16 years ago however it now feels very much geared towards the corporate market
Room cleanliness we had to swap rooms due to very poor hygiene in the bathroom. In the new room parts of The bed were " falling off" It was a quite time of year but 2 of the restraunts were closed so choice was very limited. The bisto type restraunt had not had its tables or floors cleaned with food waste - two members of staff walked past and ignored this - not excusable I have stayed in several fairmont hotels and found their standards very high. Both myself and partner very disappointed. The hotel seems to capitalise on its location and corporate market - large conference when we were there and one expectedon leaving. As I said I stayed here previously and chose it for a honeymoon on this occasion we very very disappointed over the three nights we stayed Of note they also charge for Internet access which is ludicrous when every other place we stayed in whithin the rockies was free of charge.
The staff was welcoming and warm. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. We were upgraded to a lake view suite and every bit was amazing. The hotel is gorgeous and well appointed. It's clean and has a large selection of restaurants and stores within the hotel as well as various other amenities. I highly recommend Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. I can't wait to go back to this hotel as well as try out the other Fairmont hotel in Banff next trip west. Thanks to all the staff for making our anniversary celebration am incredible experience overall
Nothing to dislike!
Great serice, we were upgraded to a Junior Suite and received a bottle of champagne for my birthday.
A one night stay with a lake view room, expensive but well worth the cost, a once in a lifetime experience. Very nice room, although a bit on the small side but expected that from other reviews. Fantasic view of the lake from the first floor room. Dinner at the saloon very good.
Paying $30 for overnight parking even as a guest, and the wifi was not free either.
Everything, but the view from my window was the most amazing thing! The bed was also super comfortable.
Free upgrade to lake view room, very nice of the view and the environment is perfect.
Luxury of Gold Floor
Thought the hotel was good rooms good food fair
Some staff did not seem too motivated thought charging for car park and for wifi is outright profiteering . We enjoyed stay but not good value for money
Location and View
Fee for parking excessive
The stuff is very very rude, and like to cheat custmer. the room is too small and furnish is too old
The lake view.
The bathroom is very uncomfortable.
The amazing staff
The staffs are all kind and helpful. The view for our room is excellent. We saw a lot of cute wild life when walking along the hotel surroundings in the morning. The food is quite tasteful althogh the price is comparely expensive. The price, the service and facilities are all above worth. I will recommend it to my friends.
Good location and facility. We get the suite with free promotion. Great decoration in the hotel.
Have to do reversation if you want to eat in their hotel, and not allow to access to the one with lake view if drink only.
The location and the breakfast buffet.
Car park is expensive.
