Score from 195 reviews Wonderful
attentive and professional staff, valet parking, neutral and sophisticated decor, facilities in very good repair, cleanliness of suite, upgrade to King room! incredible view from our balcony
Room cleanliness and view of the lake.
Staff were rushed. Very busy, not a relaxing place to be. Food was not good value.
the resort had a fire Friday morning of the weekend of our stay and am waiting to hear when I can rebook.
Hotel burnt down before we could rate this property. Had a wonderful weekend planed for my girl friends birthday. Massage, dinner ect. never happened. Waiting to hear back from you reguarding this occurance.
Views of the lake
Need more variety of snacks by the pool
Poor value for money Does not cater for families Poor food quality and choice
Loved the sands golf course that was included in the price of the room. Enjoyed the food. The room was beautiful with a great view.
We came on a Wednesday and there wasn't many other people we met there. Seemed a bit old for us. The facility was a bit dated as well. We wanted to check it out as a wedding venue but didn't get a chance.
modern, great staff, location, golf course was excellent
elevator didn't work for two days....pillows were terrible....food at the golf course was stale and over priced
view from room
would have like a more romantic dining experience. Also would have liked patio overlooking lake to be open in late May.
some areas needed repair.
The view of the lake from our room was great. We played 2 rounds of golf at Taboo and were very pleased with the service we received.
The first morning we went down for breakfast and the hostess did not advise us that there was a choice of al a carte or buffet. We did not see any posting of prices for the buffet. As we waiting to be seated I went into the dinning room and there were lots of empty tables but we still waited. When we were eventually seated my wife went to the buffet to inform me that the buffet was quite empty. The waitress asked what I would like and I ordered Eggs Benedict. I requested the yolk be soft, however they were hard. The bill was over $50.00. We feel we did not receive value. It was a poor dining experience. The next day we went off site for breakfast. We also took part in your Culinary Table and received a bill for over $408.00. My wife did not partake in the wine tasting. ( Our mistake for not inquiring what the cost would be) The food portions were very good, but the quantity was extremely small. We left hungry.
Really like the relaxed atmosphere , staff very accomodating and great lake view
Wifi was inconsistent albeit not a game breaker.
fireplaces in room and the view.
event calendar was not very specific.
The suite was beautiful. The view of the lake was lovely.
Rather pricey. The railing and the deck needed painting. Unfortunately the weather did not co-operate and we were not able to explore the grounds nor canoe the lake.
