Location. Spacious rooms and living room.Having 2 bathrooms.
Poorly equipped kitchen. Unit needs updating. Bathroom in need of renovation
Spacious, friendly staff and noise barrier was great. Didn't hear anyone in the other rooms
Not enough variety of pots pans to cook with. I suggest having a new dish cleaning pad per stay . Scary thought to wonder how many guest used and what they used it on.
location regular beds kitchen staff shuttle to ski hill with great drivers
--the pull out bed was ridiculously uncomfortable despite putting 3 blankets over the springs --need to wear shoes to cross the driveway to get to the hot tub --no hot water after only 2 showers for a group of 5 adults!!!! --management could contribute a small amount of cash to equate room costs to comfort such as : a digital playing radio, slippers to walk to pool,?newspapers
Both toilets were not cleaned after previous guests. Very disgusting! Heaters didn't work.
Television reception and response (slow to respond to remote control functions) was fair to poor at times.
Very convenient to the village. Great value for the dollar. Lots of space for the 5 of us!
Staff is friendly and helpful and location is good because of excellent shuttle service.
The bed in master bedroom is small. The living pullout is worn out and dirty.
Price was amazing for the amenities of the hotel. Suites were beautiful, staff very helpful, just a short walk to the wonderful town of Whistler. Will definitely stay here again.
Beds could be a bit more comfortable, were short a few kitchen items but staff brought them to us immediately.
Only stayed one night. The room was spacious, well equipped, clean, bed was good, got a good deal (off season).
The highway is very close by and noisy. Suggest to bring some good earplugs if your room is facing the highway.
everything was awesome!
the carpet but I was told it is going to be getting a deep clean very soon!
Very clean, well supplied and within reasonable walking distance to the village centre.
We did not like the fact that they charged an extra $18.00 for parking.
Spacious suite Comfortable beds Close proximity to Whistler centre
Additional car parking charges. Dated, dull, decor, gloomy interior. Not made to feel welcome on arrival. Constant traffic noise if staying at the front of the building.
location price size of the 2 bedroom suite having 2 bathrooms with the 2 bedrooms
Was not clean, rugs were stained throughout the suite Room numbering system was screwy, 400 and 500 numbers were along same hallway with no pattern
Room sizes, balcony, separate sitting/ kitchen area, wifi, Pricing, reception staff, access to Gondolas, Zipwires etc.
18$ per night parking! well-worn common areas, rude, pushy cleaning staff; a little off the main Whistler 'campus'
Heated pool and hot tub / sauna definitely a plus.
Comfortable apartment with good kitchen and lounge area. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub facilities. The lodge was only a short walk from the main village. Reception desk staff very helpful. Laundry facilities were good.
Carpets in apartment looking a bit grubby. Brighter lighting in lounge area would be nice.
Our first time in Whistler and we didn't know what to expect from the great price we paid. We were pleasantly surprised. Emil on reception was very welcoming and knowledgable. The Room had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beds were very neatly made and the linen crisp and white. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and appliances. The lounge area was comfortable with a flat screen tv. We took some great photos of the morning sun shining on the mountain from the balcony. We stayed there with my sister and brother in law from the UK. The hotel was a short walk to the village which meant it was very quiet in the evenings. Lovely to be able to sleep. Wow! We all agreed on how comfortable the beds were. We made breakfast and loaded the dishwasher and left for the day. On our return we used the heated swimming pool and the hot tubs (yes two of them). Overall we were extremely happy with our stay. The reception staff were more than happy to go above and beyond to help. It wasn't a four star hotel but it was worth every dollar and more. The service and cleanliness was five star.
It's a little dated but clean, very friendly and worth every dollar. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
Parking is inconvenient and expensive
Location was fabulous, my view was beautiful, the staff were super friendly and everything was perfect!
So close to the village, I parked my car in the Tantalus garage & left it there during our entire stay, while we walked everywhere. The room was perfect, 2 bedrooms & 2 baths, full kitchen, we only had to eat out once & made our lunch for our excursions. The amenities were great as well, pool, hot tub, sauna rounded out the visit to perfection
Kitchen had been remodelled and was very nice.
Charge for parking that was not mentioned anywhere.
Good location Kitchen included Staff Friendly.
Corridor not cleaned. When booking no mention of parking charge.
friendly staff, clean rooms, secure bike storage, nice hot tub, good location and value for money
no breakfast option but plenty close by in the village
Nice beds and sheets
Very noisy next to train track.
Pool and hot tubs were great! Loved the tennis courts. Value for dollar was amazing, had a one-bedroom suite with separate sitting / dining room, and separate bedroom. All very clean. Would come back!
Would be nice if a restaurant was on-site, but, not a huge issue as the Village is so close.
