The bed was very comfy, the buffet breakfast was excellent and the room was quiet. I stayed in room 806. The tv was small and the remote didn't work well. The reason why we would not come back is that the shower was terrible. With the cheap water saving connection the force of water was extreme and extremely hard on our skin. Also, the reception guy didn't seem to concerned and just said that he has heard that before. Also, I'd change the weird taps with the gold balls on them - they may look nice but definitely not functional.

The room was clean and had a wonderful view of the water, city and mountains. It is in an excellent location for sightseeing around Vancouver. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The wedding we attended in the hotel was amazing.

It was the perfect place to stay the night before leaving on a cruise. Also, Mink is in the building, which turned into a high point for us. Great chocolate drinks!!!!!!!!! It was exactly what we wanted before leaving for Alaska. Including the treat of hotel assistance in getting our luggage checked in for the cruise! Great benefit!

The location is excellent and the hotel staff are very friendly and kind. We usually stay at the Rosedale Hotel on Robson when we visit Vancouver, however I love the hotel at terminal city club, so we'll switch the hotel. Thank you for your hospitality. Miyuki

Location is right down town, near to the Canada Line. A modern, well designed hotel. I thought it would have more of a old world club feeling to differentiate it from other hotels - not so. Also, the server in the Grill was not sharp at his role. I felt the mandatory service charge not appropriate as the service did not meet my expectations for an empty room. Restaurant was a disappointment. I did appreciate the front desk staff's response to my concerns.

Facility and location My view : When I called for service around 10 pm nobody answered. I haven't eaten anything for 7 hours and I am exhausted. I ended up just eating the complimentary chocolate with water and went to sleep.

Excellent front desk service - even though the booking from Hotel club had not come through, the assistant organised us two rooms on same floor as requested, even giving us an upgrade on one room. Location close to Canada Place, but a bit further from main shopping district of Robson St in the rain - but still easily walked in 10 mins on a fine day. Rooms spacious and well set out and our two suites had plenty of space and great views of city and harbour. Comfortable beds and nice bath amenities too.

The location to down town shopping was amazing. We felt for the price and class of the hotel that the bathroom was very poor. Luxury Hotels should have luxurious bathrooms. King sized bed would have been nice as we we felt that is what King Suite meant when we booked it.

Friendly and welcoming staff at all levels. No jeans...My jeans are worth more than most of the fancy dress pants and look better- too old school of an attitude regarding that.
