Near St. Mary's hospital where I was having day surgery.

Parking garage was cramped but good enough for my minivan.

Its Ok But not Recommended.

interior look is shabby, shower close to dysfunctional, heating insufficient with thermostat set to max

Great location, great facilities, great value.

Nothing.

We came to Montreal to visit the St. Joseph Church and this was a perfect location. We checked in, parked the car in the underground garage and walked around. Easy access to everything we needed and right across the street from the church.

There were really no amenaties to speak of. There was a small cafe in the lobby area that served coffee and light breakfast (not free).

close to university

carpet was dirty, and the light switches on the wall filthy. I was disgusted to switch the light on.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to Metro and the Oratory with enclosed parking available (we didn't need to use our car during our entire stay). Several excellent restaurants nearby as well as convenient grocery. Our room was spacious with nice sitting area & kitchenette with refrigerator & coffee pot. Room was cleaned & fresh linens provided each day. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions, etc. Would definitely return and also recommend to other visitors to Montreal.

Excellent accomodations. We loved our stay. We stayed there a year ago when we visited our Daughter who lives there. We will stay there again.

Parking.

Love the location of the hotel as it makes it easy to access any part of the city. Also love the street it is on and the ambience there.

Would like to have a free breakfast as is found in many other hotels.

There was a slightly unpleasant smell of smoking, even in my non-smoking room, and the smell of cleaning products trying to mask the smell.

I loved the convenience to the Metro. The hotel was quiet and the staff always friendly and helpful.

I never learned how to operate the thermostat and I never asked. I needed a ceiling fan.

L'appartement spacieux, la salle d'eau avec une trés grande douche, ainsi que le grand lit. La climatisation. Que les dames de chambres fassent la vaisselle.

Le bruit de la climatisation.l' Evier de la cuisine qui fait du goutte à goutte. Une bouteille d'eau et des petites fringales n'auraient pas été de refus à notre arrivé dans la chambre.

Grande chambre

L'hôtel n'était visiblement pas plein et nous avons eu une chambre médiocre dans le sens ou elle était mal placée, mal orientée avec une vue aveugle. Nous avons payé un prix régulier pour sans douteune des chambres les plus mal placées. Ce n'est vraiment pas aimable. Espace grand mais inutile,vœux lumineux et encaissé.

Situation, salle de gym.

Bruit de la porte qui bouge la nuit.

Le silence la nuit, l'espace (chambre + salon) la rénovation, le bon chauffage, l'équipement avec petite cuisine, la situation près de l'université et d'un métro.

Bruit des travaux de rénovation dans la journée pour les chambres voisines, porte fermant mal entre le salon et la chambre, bruit du réfrigérateur.

Grande chambre. En fait il s'agit d'un petit studio avec une grande pièce, une petite kitchenette et une SDB. Le quartier est animé, à proximité des universités et il y a des restaurants pour tous les budgets. Le petit déjeuner pour 3,95$ est imbattable sur le rapport qualité/prix (café, jus de fruits, 1 viennoiserie ou 2 toasts de pain de mie avec beurre et confiture). Pour ceux qui encore faim, il suffit de rajouter quelque $ mais vous ne vous ruinerez pas.

Attention lors de la réservation, bien préciser que vous ne souhaitez pas de chambre donnant sur le boulevard de la côte des neiges à moins que que vous adoriez le bruit de la circulation et les nuits blanches. Les chambres donnant sur l'arrière ou le côté sont très calmes. Obligation de prendre le stationnement si vous avez une voiture (15$) car il est quasiment impossible de stationner dans la rue.

La grandeur des suites, le personnel, le stationnement intérieur, la proximité des commerces et des restos....

Le mobilier du salon devrait être changé...chambre 401... La chaleur de la chambre, nous n'avions pas de contrôle, devait garder les vitres ouvertes et beaucoup de bruit à l'extérieur. La prochaine fois je vais demander une suite qui ne donne pas accès sur la rue Côte des Neiges.

Le prix à 149 $ était exagérément élevé Situation pour le déjeuner est plutôt ambigu

Mooie ruime kamer (superior studio) incl. kitchenette. Kamer aan achterkant van hotel is aan te raden om nachtelijk straatlawaai te vermijden. Wij hebben zowel vooraan als achteraan geslapen en het verschil is duidelijk. Bezoek zeker de bakker (2 huizen verder) vlakbij voor een ontbijt ! Er kan ook in het hotel ontbeten worden, maar wij hebben dit niet gedaan.

Kamer aan voorkant betekent straat lawaai (vooral 's nachts storend).
