It was clean and nice and a great stay
Air conditioning wasn't very good, we were very hot all night.
great location and quiet comfortable beds
not the most attractive or roomy
> Location is nice. Close to China Town and Queen street. Walk 15 minutes to reach the closest subway. Secure place. > Room: They are always giving the best rooms, to those who are staying for the first time. View was great. Very clean. Bed was nice. Fridge, microwave, kitchen sink was nice. Bathroom was organized and towels were clean. > Staff: Nice and helpful. > Price: Could be 25% less. They are not there yet. They should be.
> It was expensive. > The toaster was in a really dirty condition. > Cleaning lady didn't came every day. > Air condition was old and sloppy. Made really annoying noise.
Close to downtown and Go system
Building is old smelly and needs upgrades
Lovely staff with lots of helpful advice. Onsite parking (at a reasonable rate). Free coffee available all day and very comfortable and quiet rooms. Great locations in a very vibrant and eclectic part of town.
No breakfast and there is also a limitted choice locally before 10am. But if you're up for a stroll it is not really a problem.
Room have kitchenette fridge big bathroom couch wifi is fast bed was comfortable , walking distance to a lot of bars and stores
TV is outdated but has full cable programming
the rooms were not clean.. the hotel wasnt clean
Location, value for money paid, kitchenette well equipped, spacious enough, comfortable
Room smelled, bathroom kinda dirty, tiny tv, no hotel book to say what nearby restaurants or taxis are available, old furniture
The kitchen allowed us to prepare the food that we liked. The location gave us easy access to transportation and there was a large park next to the hotel. The beds were very comfortable enabling us to have a good nights sleep, and housekeeping kept the room clean. It was good value for the accommodations.
My son did not like the single bed and the rooms did not come with two full size beds. I am a disabled veteran and one of the staff gave us a hard time in regards to parking, as we were over the white line because the van next to us was over the line and the staff made us move our car and the next morning the other car had not been moved.
I really enjoyed my stay. Will be back again.
Did not feel safe as other people had and used the key while I was in the room
kitchenette & close to bus lines
Perfect for a place to crash for a night or two. Good value for the price
Stove ring didn't work. No coffee maker in room.
Price and cleanliness
TV very old
the location was perfect and close to everywhere we wanted to go...molson ampetheater...young and dundas...there was parking on site...locked out building for security...smoking rooms available and for a place to unwind and sleep the price was great
excellent location and price, right within walking distance of just about everything. we needed a central location because one of us had to stay at toronto western hospital for a few nights, and it was within 1 km. the room had a queen bed and kitchenette which made it much cheaper to stay downtown than if we'd had to eat out for every meal.
Location close to public transit
Room smells like stale smoke, absolutely disgusting. Staff unfriendly and not willing to help. Did not feel safe leaving any belongings in the room at all.
The easy way of booking. all the facilities, like cooking, fridge, microwave.
Good location Kitchen equipment
Rooms need renovation. The room looks as if you are back in 70's. Old style furniture.
I liked the location that it was close by some of the major streets like King and Queens Blvd.
I did not like that the surrounding houses were kind of run down and it felt like the hotel was in a corner of a dark alley street.
The halls & room had a fresh coat of white paint, making it look very clean. The room was comfortable with all the amenities for an extended stay- small kitchen, table for two, desk, and love seat. Perfect room for a few nights! The housekeepers were really nice too.
The location was okay, parking was 5 CAD per night. But overall, there was nothing I didn't like.
I like the fact that the rooms had a little kitchen in them so you can cook a meal instead of going out to eat all the time.
big rooms quiet
old building that desperatly needs renovation
Walking distance to Kensington Market and several primary Toronto attractions; intersection of street car lines. Kitchen was equipped, allowing us to eat in and save. Great value and the staff cares.
