The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for us. We were there for a concert and were able to walk right to Rogers Arena. It was also walking distance to Eaton Center and all the shopping we wanted to do. Hotel was clean and nice, perfect size for us. Staff were very friendly.

The only thing I would like to see different, is the door to the bathroom. We found it was tough to close and sometimes got needed 2 people to help open it.

The hotel was very cute and it was in a location that was close to many different places.

The rooms were extremely tiny and the bathrooms had barely any privacy.

Location, staff and patio were fantastic.

The room was a bit too warm to sleep really well ( the AC wouldn't turn down below 60 and even at that temperature didn't seem to be cooling the room)

Room was quite small but really nice - very comfortable bed and hip design elements. Good location in the heart of a shopping strip. Nice restaurant and rooftop bar open till 11 or 12. I was very happy with this hotel.

Used a local parking lot which was quite expensive to park in overnight, so not great if you have a car. Wifi was working great on my laptop but intermittent on my phone - not sure why.

Great, great location. comfortable and clean room. The bed was great ! The style of the room was great, too.

I was in a noisy room near the elevator. They have a great roof top patio, but no one told be before I checked in. And the completely transparent glass walls for the bathroom ? yark. I am glad I was on my own.

I loved my stay. We both just think alittle bit of privacy is needed in the bathroom. Alittle too open of a bathroom.besides that loved it.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The only downfall was some of the rooms did not have windows and they were quite small, but the bed linens made ip for the size of the room. The best quality linens and down pillows were very comfortable. Yes, the Hotel is very narrow in structure, but the atmosphere of the staff and quality of the design used in the hotel were exquisite.

The first room we had did not have a window.

Location is suberb. Both folks at the front desk were very pleasant. Free apples offered, and coffee/tea station in lobby was nice to have at 5:30AM as I was checking out.

I thought I was getting a great last minute deal. I didn't know the hotel, and found my self in Toronto needing to unexpectedly stay overnight. For the discounted price, I was somewhat shocked at the size of the room. Lack of a bedside table without reading light was not welcome. If I had a companion with me I certainly would not have liked the clear glass bathroom walls. First time in a very very long time, I had a room without a coffee maker. Parking across the street was $35 - ouch.

    - Receptionist very friendly - Clean - Roof bar very trendy - Good location

    - Nobody to help with luggage - Double Room is VERY VERY small - We had an opaque window making the room claustrophobic - Shower had moments of boiling water then cold water making it uncomfortable to have a shower after a 24hour trip - Elevator was VERY VERY slow.. around 50seconds to go up 1 floor - Manager did not bother to come and talk to us after we complained about the shower

Location, design, clean, very up to date staff on hot spots in Toronto and lots of magazines on the city.

Wifi is very slow in the rooms, the deal gives you a single occupancy room even for two adults, if you happen to be at the reception floor you might get a lot of noise even at late hours.

It was in a good location, on a strip. Food and liquor was nearby. Staff was very helpful. Room and hotel as a whole was clean.

No separate bathroom. Bathroom is a part of the room with a flimsy cover in front.. Shower is visible from entire room. Which may be nice for a couple but not heterosexual male traveling friends. The bathroom being so non-intimate doesn't even seem appropriate for couples. I didn't check the reviews though.

The hotel was really well placed. I really appreciated the small cozy-ness factor of it. The room was really clean and the personnel very nice. It was also nice to have the restaurant and the terrace of the hotel.

We were on the first floor of the hotel were there is also the reception desk and the sound carried in and out of the room pretty easily, particularly annoying early in the mornings where it pretty much sounds like there is someone in your room. they really need an extra door to seperate the hallways from the common area on that floor. The staff was very mis-informed about the parking situation around the hotel, we bascially got two parking tickets the first night we were there and one of them the staff had told us it was ok to park in the area overnight . And they didnt really have the rates handy. It would help if they could have some sort of agreement with the nearby parkings since the rate of the rooms is equivalent of that of hotels around there with parking.

Modern rooms, lovely boutique feel, friendly staff in reception

Standard rooms quite small and no windows so picking an outfit for the day is a bit of a challenge!

Perfectly located in the heart of Queen West with a lot of good bars, restaurants around. Extremely friendly staff, an incredible roof terrace with a public bar which is now a trendy place to be for drinks in the evening.

Wifi was very fast but would disconnect on a regular basis (and reconnect right away). Also, but that's a general challenge for Toronto downtown, there are construction everywhere. So if you are a lazy person in the morning, you might be bothered a little by workers making noise at 7am. Not such a big deal though.
