Clean design although small but a non issue if travelling solo. Great WiFi and excellent location.
Easily hear everything from front desk so not ideal if you're a light sleeper
Modern Room Free WiFi Excellent Toiletries Bottled Water Mini Fridge Amazing Location Apartment Feel
Ideally this place could have a lap pool, but that's in my dreams.
Location was excellent.
The noise level late at night.
Small, helpful, friendly staff. Well laid out room-lets.
NO WINDOW, NO AIR....
The location is excellent Good value for money
The room have no window and is of minimal size. There is not a chair in the room (and no space for it, by the way...) It can be noisy because of a bar on the top of the hotel.
Location was great, plenty of places to eat and shop right outside the door. Shower had pretty tiles, 2 shades of green nicely done. For as small as it was, there was room for our luggage in the "closet" beside the bed and under the bed as well. So for the tiny size, they did well maximizing the layout.
Did not even have a window in our room, #35. The room was ridiculously small, didn't think a hotel room could even be that small, I'd say only 2 1/2 feet around the bed to walk throughout the room. I could never get anything more than lukewarm/tepid water in the shower, quite annoying.
The rooms were tiny but very clean. The use was glass for the bathroom is very clever.
Restaurant could have served breakfast but Starbucks is close by.
great location, close to resturants and theatres, subway stop down the street, rooms excellent for solo travellers/couples, clean rooms, polite and friendly staff always at the desk
noise travelled through the hotel, doors weren't heavy enough to block a lot of the noise
Room decor, bedding, location, just real cool!
The location was excellent. The rooms were very clean. There was coffee and designer teas available 24/7
Room was tiny. No room for a cat - swinging or not! There was a bizarre layout with the en-suite bathroom whereby the person using the toilet was on view through clear glass. Zero privacy allowed!!!
Very very very small rooms. The Hyatt was cheaper and biggest tha this hotel.
I love the location of this hotel, it seemed like no matter where I wanted to go from the Beverley, when I plugged it into google maps it ended up being about a 10 minute walk. The room was very small, but quite comfortable, with lots of light and a nice window looking out onto Queen Street. Great for people watching on one overly rainy afternoon. As well, there's a roof top patio bar that does an amazing burger!
The elevator at the Beverley is possibly the slowest elevator I've ever used.
Location Cleanliness Comfort
Lift small and slow - stairs better. Lack of in room tea and coffee - some at reception but no milk for tea and sometimes cold.
- Location - Design of the rooms - Good wifi
- Glass(transparent) door to the bathroom in a twin-room
Close to major shopping and attraction amazing restaurants and night life right out the doors
Little bathroom privacy
Great location for downtown visits for baseball, hockey or entertainment. Small space with modern & comfortable bed. A room to sleep in but not hangout / entertain. You go there to sleep, shower & change as your entertainment is elsewhere.
A painfully slow small phone booth of a elevator. The hotel is essentially a 4 level walk-up. The rooms are on the 2nd, 3rd & 4th floors.
The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for us. We were there for a concert and were able to walk right to Rogers Arena. It was also walking distance to Eaton Center and all the shopping we wanted to do. Hotel was clean and nice, perfect size for us. Staff were very friendly.
The only thing I would like to see different, is the door to the bathroom. We found it was tough to close and sometimes got needed 2 people to help open it.
The hotel was very cute and it was in a location that was close to many different places.
The rooms were extremely tiny and the bathrooms had barely any privacy.
location was great very clean
very noisy rooms very small not what expexted for a 4.5 rating hard place to find even taxi didnt know where it was
Rooms too small, see through bathroom, with a door which did not shut properly, stairway outside the window,
Location, staff and patio were fantastic.
The room was a bit too warm to sleep really well ( the AC wouldn't turn down below 60 and even at that temperature didn't seem to be cooling the room)
No windows in the room ! Very small bedroom, lavatory installaed in the room. No lift
The cleanliness of the room. It served it's purpose
Parking was an issue. We were told that parking was 10$ and that we could park across the street at the shoppers drug mart. Our car was about to be towed when we arrived at 7am. We then found out that parking was 35$ and that we should have never parked there overnight. Very disappointing.
Room was quite small but really nice - very comfortable bed and hip design elements. Good location in the heart of a shopping strip. Nice restaurant and rooftop bar open till 11 or 12. I was very happy with this hotel.
Used a local parking lot which was quite expensive to park in overnight, so not great if you have a car. Wifi was working great on my laptop but intermittent on my phone - not sure why.
