Everything was great the staff was awesome the cleanliness was fantastic . Really like location .
I didn't like how dry the room was . Parking was a bit of a pain.
Breakfast and the bed was comfy
No door on bathroom it was either shower exposed or toilet exposed, also very small room
Room was comfy and cozy, good location.
The washroom had no privacy, glass doors. Need to be comfortable with whom your sharing the room with.
Superb bedding Excellent free breakfast
Hotel bar closed for private function both nights Receptionist couldn't figure out how to put incoming call through No facilities Very small room
The New York-style rooms are just what you need with modern amenities. The complimentary breakfast is so worth it as the Beverley restaurant serves top of the line food and beverages. This hotel is close to all the stores, coffee shops and restaurants as well as the university.
Wifi was really choppy. Best wifi was in the restaurant downstairs. Only have cable TV so mostly news channels.
rooms were comfortable, quiet
the heat in my room did not work, the WiFi was intermittent, sometimes service did not exist.
There should be a parking deal with the hotel. Very upset that I spent $60 on parking and had to wake up at 7AM to put more money in the meter. Very disappointing.
staff lovely, gave us a voucher to use in the bar b/c she was having trouble with the computer booking us in. Great food, perfect location.
the room was very small. An no privacy to speak of regarding the toilet and the shower - one door that slid across, so you can use one or the other facility , but not both at once. otherwise a gem I'd not used before.
I read the reviews so I knew the room would be tiny... but what surprised me was that the room was well laid out and appointed very well. It definitely had a young hip feel to it. I was in room 22 (the samllest room) and had a great view of Beverly Street. It was a very fun and unique stay!
Parking... the problem with all cities. I parked in the garage just across the street and it was 35 for overnight and into the next day. I think the hotel should work out a deal with the garage.
Good Price, Good Location, cozy chic room.
I don't know if it's some European concept I'm not aware of, but my partner and I weren't a big fan of the see-through bathroom door. Rooms were close enough together that we could hear neighbours snoring.
Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff very friendly. No problems with internet connectivity.
Room is very small, glass wall between room and washroom with shower is strange.
The Beverley Hotel is all about comfort, convenience, and location. It's in the center of EVERYTHING in the city so you can walk or take TTC anywhere. The rooms are small, but they have everything you need, and the bed is super comfy and the shower's water pressure rocks. This isn't supposed to be a huge luxurious suite, it's a place to sleep and shower--encouraging you to go explore the city! There's so much to do! Oh, and there's a bar AND restaurant on site that are superb!
I don't watch much tv but wanted to see it come down from the ceiling. It's SO loud, so once again, it encouraged me to get up and go explore!
The hallways are not soundproof; one could hear doors opening and closing all night -- the noise was very disturbing.
Very clean and the linen was fresh
The room was too small and ventilation was unsatisfactory
Clean design although small but a non issue if travelling solo. Great WiFi and excellent location.
Easily hear everything from front desk so not ideal if you're a light sleeper
Modern Room Free WiFi Excellent Toiletries Bottled Water Mini Fridge Amazing Location Apartment Feel
Ideally this place could have a lap pool, but that's in my dreams.
Location was excellent.
The noise level late at night.
Small, helpful, friendly staff. Well laid out room-lets.
NO WINDOW, NO AIR....
The location is excellent Good value for money
The room have no window and is of minimal size. There is not a chair in the room (and no space for it, by the way...) It can be noisy because of a bar on the top of the hotel.
Location was great, plenty of places to eat and shop right outside the door. Shower had pretty tiles, 2 shades of green nicely done. For as small as it was, there was room for our luggage in the "closet" beside the bed and under the bed as well. So for the tiny size, they did well maximizing the layout.
Did not even have a window in our room, #35. The room was ridiculously small, didn't think a hotel room could even be that small, I'd say only 2 1/2 feet around the bed to walk throughout the room. I could never get anything more than lukewarm/tepid water in the shower, quite annoying.
The rooms were tiny but very clean. The use was glass for the bathroom is very clever.
Restaurant could have served breakfast but Starbucks is close by.
great location, close to resturants and theatres, subway stop down the street, rooms excellent for solo travellers/couples, clean rooms, polite and friendly staff always at the desk
noise travelled through the hotel, doors weren't heavy enough to block a lot of the noise
Room decor, bedding, location, just real cool!
