Hot tub Staff Breakfast
Bed not that great Room was dusty Most of room appliances wasn't working Fireplace not working
At first I thought that next time I would want to stay right in the village but like everything at this hotel so much that this is where I will stay when in Whistler. Loved the staff, pool & hot tubs, the CLEANLINESS & the peace & quiet. We thought the continental breakfast was really very good-a great variety.
The bed in 535 needs to be replaced. My husband thought it was alright but I don't like rolling to the center. Next time I will ask for a suite with a newer bed.
Location Noise from pool area Parking
The property is great for those looking to have a relaxed & quiet visit to Whistler as couples, families or business travellers. The free (yes, free) shuttle bus outside the hotel to the upper & lower villages is a huge bonus especially since it runs until 1am. You couldn't ask for friendlier staff. So for your next trip try the Coast!
Quiet, way up the hill on Blackcomb side, village easily accessible by free shuttle (convenient)
property is dated and worn out, needs updating before we will stay there again. Breakfast is okay. Weak wifi signal, could access on only one device at a time.
The costumer service is great :-). If you want to save money for hotel, this is right one.
Great Value for the money Fully equipped kitchen very clean
Toiletry products provided were not good Contninental breakfast room is too small for the volume of users
Very quiet Clean, full kitchen in a studio, that was great. Nice pool and BBQ area. Accepted pets Even though it was busy, we didn't feel like it was crowded. The staff at the front counter were very friendly and accommodating
Pool didn't open until 10 am. Toilet ran on. The elevators and main area looked "tired" well used. Needs some paint and fixing up.
the pool area was very nice. all the girls at the front desk were very nice and helpful. they all seemed to care about their quests and were very friendly and helpful. the room was very nice and liked the view of the trees and forest out are window.
A good place to stay, good lay out , great staff, good breakfast. Nice pool and hot tubs.
I loved the ambience of the resort and the room was very nice and clean. It was quiet and the staff was very nice. Lovely pool and Jacuzzi.
The sofa and living room chair were very uncomfortable. The bed was very hard.
Friendly helpful staff throughout hotel
Parking fee, distance from everything
Peaceful and quiet location. Great pool and hot tubs. Friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable clean room. The big bottles of bathroom products.
The breakfast buffet no longer includes bacon and eggs but still good selection
Free Breakfast! Studio room layout is nice. Free shuttle from front door to town and back very handy. Very helpful staff. From the back of the hotel there is a short walk to the upper village.
Breakfast needs more protein. Our studio was over the front door and noise happens until everyone is in.
Location i.e. Whistler
Small/crowded pool and total chaos at the breakfast buffet. Apologetic signs suggesting that food be taken back to your room are not a solution ... rather an excuse for poor service. The entire place needs a refurbish. 3 star rating is a stretch.
My daughter and I enjoyed that breakfast was included. We could enjoy our vacation more.
The part we did not enjoy, was that such a reputable hotel charges for parking. People save for their vacation with their family, and have to pay an extra $23 per night for their car. Why? This is unreasonable.
good shuttle service decent continental breakfast
there was no air conditioning, the hot tub wasn't open until 10 am and it closed 10 pm, its the farthest hotel from the village and its all up hill, not very clean
Convenient location Great amenities
No Bikes in the room
Excellent position, very clean and comfortable studio. I raccomend it. Reach and delicious breakfast
That they allowed dogs
Money value Good location
Parking fee per car Very poor beds
The pool and hot tub were very good. The breakfast was good and they accommodated people with celiac disease by providing a separate toaster and toast. Breakfast staff were very good and willing to help and seemed very conscious of the importance of a gluten free toaster and keeping it that. The rooms were quiet.
The dining tables and tables in the rooms were sticky, felt like they needed a good scrub. Didn't like the construction on the 5th floor. The location for the summer is too far away from the village and the free transit was too unreliable. Twice waited an hour for it. Front counter staff were not that great frankly. No one stood out for customer service. I arrived at 5:30 Thursday and didn't feel that welcomed by the guy on staff. Nor any of the staff. One cleaner said hello and that was it.
The location was a short walk to the village and had a bus that could drop you off as well. Our room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable!
The outdoor was nice but had so much chlorine in it! The breakfast was OK... but we preferred cooking in our suite.
Pool area was very clean and a nice pool and hot tub
Kitchen in room was kinda dingy and no a/c in the room sucked !!!!
