Clean,comfortable bed in quiet rooml

Bathroom sink plug leaked -necessary to refill twice during shave. Tv didn't work, bellhop couldn't make it work, 20 minutes later person from engineering finally got it to work. No free WiFi - this is the 21 century! in the past year we have have stayed in 5 star hotels in 4 cities in China, 2 in Cambodia, 2 in Viet Nam,1 in New York, and 9 rural B & B's in New Zealand. All had free WiFi!

Convenience

Bell service was great ! He assisted us to pack our frozen smoked salmon voluntary with extra bagg for protection. We were told by front desk lady that Wi-Fi was out of order temporary . But it was out until our departure time next day. They should offer business centre at least we can send some emergency mails. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, bell person was very nice and courteous !

Convenien location to the airport. Extremely friendly staff. Genuine desire to help the guests

A bit pricey, but worth it for a special occasion

Wonderful hotel with impecible customer service.

It was a great transit stop for my family to rest and recover from the long flight from Singpore prior to driving up to Whistle Mountains for our ski holidays.No shuttle service required to get to the Hotel cause is right at the Airport,very convenient and comfortable.

It is one of the best, most elegant, and comfortable airport transit hotels in the world; great views and the legendary Fairmont service and quality.

I had a hard time finding the control panel for the rooms electronics, but that's being really picky

I hope the wi-fi can be free for everyone instead of only working for membership.

We were surprised by getting an upgrade to a club room. The hotel is really nice and the use of the club lounge for breakfast was really good and convenient for us. We were in transit so this is the best hotel to be in.

Very convenient location for passing through Vancouver on the way to wilderness destinations. Much better than any airport hotel we have seen.

Op 14e etage, Gold, uitstekende kamer, met alles er op en er aan. Zulke kamers zie je weinig in luchthavenhotels...

I keep staying there but I find it pricey.

Top Class Hotel. Excellent facilities. Staff brillant the Chef even created a dish for my daughter as she only eats certain things. The view is fascinating and despite being practically on the runway we were not disturbed by noise. Highly recommended and would definitely stay gain. Earns its reputation.

Location for travel is the best part and nice big tub and shower

Way over priced for what you get plus they actually charge for wifi and a bottle of water $6.50 is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen in Canada and B.c our water is amazing right out of tap for free.
