Lage Alles in Allem ist das Hotel schon abgenutzt, das Personal verhält sich wie überall wo der Fremdenverkehr so dominant ist, und ein verlorener Gast nichts ausmacht, da drei andere warten. |

Close to activities, clean, and pleasant staff. Pillows could be more comfortable and little things like holes in wallpaper and tears in carpet should be fixed. |

price was excellent I could hear traffic from the road and walking down the halls. Walls are paper thin. If you are a light sleeper you won't sleep. |

Very close to the falls and many other activities. The staff were a little nervous and did not show professionality. The ventilation system in the room was also not very good. Everything else was fine |

Our bathtub was not cleaned properly - there was hair in it and underneath the bath mat. My girlfriend called the front desk to voice our concerns and their response was "ma'am what would you like me to do about it" and no action was taken. I would have liked somebody to clean it properly for us but they wouldn't send someone to our room. We ended up having to clean it out ourselves. |

It was close to the Falls and all attractions. When I asked any one of the staff for activities suggestions, they were very helpful. |

The location was close to events we needed and one of the front desk assistant was helpful in getting us a cab during our departure. However, we requested non-smoking rooms and when we arrived and realize we got smoking rooms, a different front desk assistant refused to do anything about it. Fortunately we were only staying one night but if I had planned for a longer stay, I would have switched hotels. My husband and my son have very bad allergies and experience difficulty breathing in smoking environments. |
