The room was big, clean and well furnished, excellent location to casino, falls and dining facilities. Good value for the money, free parking was a bonus. The TV had poor reception on most channels, the entire hotel could use some TLC. |

Nice size room, beds were comfortable, close to attractions, affordable and we enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool after walking around all day. It was also nice to have a dining room inside the hotel. We had breakfast there a couple times and it was very convenient. Hotel staff was also very helpful and friendly. Rooms and bath were clean but I think the bathrooms could use more lighting. |

Don't be fooled by the name or the picture it is an ordinary inn. There is no breathtaking views of the falls from the room. |

Pleasant and helpful staff. Good food which was good value served on evening. Furniture, carpet and bathrooms now a bit dated, could do with refurbishment. Updating would make this a quality 3 star hotel. |

Was acceptable, clean, older establishmnet, close to Niagara ammenities. Food seemed good value, good parking space. No policy as to when Spa-jaccui's could be operated. We had a room next to us operate it at 3am in the morning. |

The room was clean and spacious and well located to the falls. I arrived early and was not allowed to check in early. The front desk would not budge on early check in. I tried to check in at 1:30 and was told no way. They could be a little more accommodating. The air conditioner was not working very well in my room but I reported it on my check out. |

Nicole who went out of her way to ensure that we had a do not disturb sign, especially because they were in short supply. The windows could not be opened. The lobby consistently retained the smell of smoke. |

Close proximity to falls and very quiet. Pool and Jacuzzi was nice too:-) Restaurant served a nice breakfast:-) The bed was a bit uncomfortable - the mattress was a little hard but it is never like your own bed! |

The staff was courteous and I didn't have any bad experiences with them. The restaurant, Dazzles, was decent enough and conveniently located for breakfast. My stay was pleasant, although the price was, in my opinion, a bit steep for the quality. I would have considered it more of a $125 a night quality rather than what I payed. |

Unfortunately though the Hotel in named Fallsview, you could not see the falls at all. Its a bit of a walk to the falls too. But for the price it was okay |

It is very close to Niagara Falls, very clean, friendly and inexpensive. I would recommend it to anyone. The breakfast is excellent. |

I enjoyed the helpfulness of the night desk-worker, the convenient location within walkable distance to the falls and the free movies on the television. The 'facilities' were the bare minimum necessary to claim them as 'facilities'. The 'games room' was a few arcade games in a hallway. The 'exercise/weight room' was three exercise bikes. The 'sauna' was the size of a closet. The people who greeted us at the desk felt sleezy, to the point that I didn't want them to touch me. Our 'falls-side' room was absolutely no better than a non-falls-side room. |
