I like how quiet the inn is. The breakfast is amazing.

I have stayed at this location & have had a relaxing time. This time however I did not have a good sleep as the mattress on the bed needed to be replaced long ago , not just fixed with a foamy.

Nice vintage feel to it, with antique decor

Not worth the price. Was supposed to get a Queen room with fireplace. The "fireplace" turned out to be an electric "stove" with fake glowing coals. Could have had a real fire place along with Jacuzzi and breakfast included for two thirds of the price. Very disappointed!

The hotel was a great place, different to the run of the mill hotels. It felt small and friendly, more like the old english traditional bed and breakfast. The upgraded room, wine and strawberries made our 27th annaanniversary very special.

The train runs right by the Inn, often, but we can't do anything about that

Customer service was incredible. We were treats like royalty even after some difficult circumstances changed our plans.

I would have liked to har known that our reservation woul have to be moved to their sister hotel ahead of time due to a mechanical fault in the room we had booked. The sister hotel was delightful however I would still have preferred to be kept in the loop.

It had an old English Inn feel to it. Food was very good as well.

We were not entitled to value packages the hotel offered because we booked through Booking.com

We love the Georgetown Inn.... It's so quaint and relaxing. The fireplace is lovely and choice of wood wonderful smelling and crackling. The staff are friendly and we thoroughly enjoy the decor and the pub/restaurant. It's the only place we choose in Canmore.

This weekend in both units we were in the housekeeping was a bit below the usual standard. We noticed an old grape under the chair in the sitting room and we found cheesies on the lower shelf of the coffee table in the suite along with long dark hairs on the bathroom floor. Nothing to get too excited about, but worth noting.

It was a cute little room and enjoyed the tea service and fireplace. Especially enjoyed the breakfast included in the room fee.

I thought the Inn was overpriced for the age of the facility.

Often there was no one at reception and we had to stand around or hunt down someone wasting our valuable vacation time. Need a bell or pager or something!

The food was amazing and I got what I wanted without loads of relishes added. The room was very comfortable and cosy

The only downside was it was close to the railway and the trains could be heard quite clearly, however it is a small town and we were not right next to the railway which a lot of the hotels are in Canmore

The linen was very nice.

There was no air conditioning and it was very hot in the room. Also the train sounded like it was in the room every time it went past.

I like the personalized rustic decor of the place.The staff are superb and friendly.Foods were great!

This is a reasonably priced "quaint" hotel. It was clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable. For anyone looking for a good place to stay at an affordable price, I would recommend this hotel.

The main sign is hidden slightly by a tree and made it a little difficult to see. The biggest fault was the train noise. This is not unique to the Georgetown Inn but the new Ramada and several other hotels were right beside the tracks. At least we were across the street and away slightly!

the staff were very friendly and helpful,nice big room with spa bath.

unfortunatley all the flat surfaces were very dusty. you have to pay for orange juice at breakfast which seemed a little petty.

I absolutely loved the decor of the Georgetown Inn. The hotel staff and service were very wonderful as well making this a great, relaxing weekend.

Nice jacuzzi in your room. Large bathroom. Free wifi. Free breakfast was excellent.

Rooms are sparsely cleaned during your stay (only beds are made and towels changed).

This inn was very nice. We stayed in the Victoria room, which had a lovely jacuzzi tub and huge king bed! Really cozy!

The only thing I didn't find that great was the breakfast. Was ok but not really good. This kinda turned us off from eating lunch or supper at the restaurant , but I hear that it's better for supper

Location,food,room comfort and excellent staff! Can't say enough about the friendly chit chat, made us feel right at home! We will come back again.

Price and location Great breakfast!! above all it was included in the price

Partly it was my fault that we arrived late. However there was no mention that the main door needs a PIN to enter after 8 pm , it was not written anywhere in the package or key envelope. I was locked out , had to call the security company ( number was on the door) waited 5-7 minutes outside the hotel, had to show ID etc. WiFi password was not provided in the package or mentioned . Could not use internet to find local attractions or deals. Waited till next morning to get the WiFi password.

We loved the quaintness of the room with a winged chair and fireplace. The bathroom had beautiful soap, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The rainspa shower head in the shower was nice. The gourmet breakfast meals were wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed them. The dining/ lounge area was very interesting with its numerous artifacts, design and friendly staff. My husband and I throroughly enjoyed our stay at the Georgetown Inn and felt that it was a great way to celebrate our 37th anniversary! Thank you

The train was quite loud at times - however that is not within the Inn's control!

De ligging was goed, alleen het parkeren bij het melden bij hoodingang waardeloos, In die ronding kan je de auto niet laten staan. Ik ben gehandicapt en loop met stok, dus moet een andere oplossing zoeken?

Ik vond de service van het personeel matig! Vreemd bij binnenkomst moest ik $ 100 vooruit betalen! Dat heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt? Vond het eten in het restaurant matig en zeer duur! Bij het ontbijt ook geen vriendelijke bediende!. Voor zo'n duur hotel ook geen 24 uur open receptie. Ik ben gehandicapt en loop met een stok, waren wel zo vriendelijk om mijn koffer en handbegage uit de auto te halen en op de kamer te zetten en bij vertek in de auto te plaatsen. Ik vond het heel vreemd, staat er een groot buro en geen stoel, bij navraag na een half uur een stoel uit het restaurant?
