The Georgian Court Hotel    

Location was perfect for us as we were going to a show at Rogers Arena. Easy access to us as driving from Hope. Parking available. Easy walk to main shopping area . Room very nice, comfortable bed. Friendly helpful staff.

The staff were great and room nice. We enjoyed Frankie's restaurant thebstaffbthere were awesome food was great

I was happy with everything really. The young fellow at the desk was very friendly and informative. Told us about the water taxis to Granville Island. Really a bonus for us. Great service, good breakfast, close to the Queen E. What more could we ask for?

One lift out of order

It's superbly located, just a couple of blocks from a couple of our favorite restaurants and from the Queen Elizabeth Theatre.

Location right across the street from the sports stadium.

Not much. One elevator didn't work, but that was a minor inconvenience.

The electronic key card function is less than desirable requiring multiple insertions to activate.

close to rogers place

The location was excellent for what we had planned for our 2 days

I had called and asked if it was possible to be put beside our son & family - I was told not a problem - done. It didn't happen, we were put on the same floor though.

Location to sporting events

We missed out on the free breakfast because we didn't book directly with the hotel. I tried to get the breakfast but their wouldn't waver, they save $5 to 10 dollars but they lost a repeat customer.

booking.com charged $300 more than what was quoted in my confirmation email

We enjoyed the large windows in the rooms and the central location to the amenities we were looking for. close to the sky train and bus'. The room was very clean had no worries about letting our two year old free in room.

Very close to BC Place and Rogers Arena so you can walk to events and not worry Bout parking. Convienient for downtown Vancouver,

Very bad in room wifi, doesn't hold a signal. Even though it is free if you are counting on wifi to keep in touch it is unreliable.

As you can see above, I liked most everything about it including the staff, location, cleanliness, comfort etc.

The fact that there was an additional charge for parking. It should be included in the price not an additional charge.

The overall location of the facility

Only one elevator working

The location was right across the street from bc Place where we went to the Paul McCartney concert. It was the sole reason for our trip to Vancouver, although we took a couple of tours around the city by trolley and water bus. The gc Hotel was clean and nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, the adjoining restaurant was okay but nothing special. It was within walking distance to Robson and Georgia Streets where there were countless places to eat and shop. We felt safe both day and night; the streets were heavily occupied most of the time. There's a nice business center with a computer that we used to print our boarding passes the day we left.

One of the two elevators was under repair, so wait times going up or down were sometimes very long. The jacuzzi on the mezzanine level was hot, but the jets didn't work. We called the front desk and a hotel employee showed up to look at some things in the hallway but didn't fix it and didn't tell us what was happening. Other than that, everything was fine.

Good location for BC place

No complimentary breakfast for $236.00 a night and view was terrible Parking is expensive Elevator convinience was awful
