This is a budget hotel, with four bathrooms and two showers at the end of each floor and just a sink in the rooms, as well as beds, TV and fridge. But it is clean and quiet, the staff is friendly and attentive, and there is a nice kitchen for you to make meals and get coffee. I'd recommend it to anyone for whom these facilities are adequate.
bad wifi service, description in booking was described as 2 rooms shaw a bedroom, in actuality is 2 bathrooms share all rooms in the floor
Location Staff really friendly and helpful Kitchen Clean
Poor wifi connection
Excellent value and location.
Great location and excellent value for money. Cheapest place in downtown.
Great location. Value for money
Shared bathroom but I don't mind.
The help at the front desk was wonderful.
The tv only had one channel.
Comfortable bed, great location
Friendly, helpful staff and very clean with upgraded bathrooms. Mini fridge in your room with a large kitchen just down the hall if you want to save money on eatting out. All in all for the price I was plesently surprised.
I wouldn't suggest staying in the front rooms as it's on a busy street with 4 bars and 3 night clubs right below. You can't open the windows as it's noisy at night especially on Fri and Sat.
Very very bad they have bed bugs obviously I ask for my refound Very bad hotel
close to downtown, good access to airport, clean room and facilities
little bit poor wifi
The location All staffs except one clean Wi-Fi was up to the mark
1. Booking . com. did not mention while booking that the hotel has no AC, no lift and no phone!!. We have taken it seriously and looking at it legally unless we get satisfactory answer from you with in 7 days. 2. THe hotel should allot rooms well in advance. Some elderly persons may not climb up to 2nd floor 3. There is nobody to help lift your luggage to your room. 4. The fans are too slow to to provide coolness. 5. Some of the rooms are stuffy. 6. For what the hell the hotel keeps 150 dollars as caution money?
I enjoyed the kitchen utensils and the consistent hot water in the showers as well as having private rooms
The rooms are quite small for the price they were asking and there was only one bathroom and one shower per floor of the hotel
Price was right Right in the heart of downtown Staff was very friendly and helpful Very comfortable for a short stay
No elevator Shared bathroom for whole floor Room very small
- Location, very friendly staff and price
-Very small TV, hotel needs renovation
Within reach of anywhere in the city. Not so noisy for us it all depends on what side of the road you are.
We stayed a week, the room was sort of unprepared for travellers like us. We had large suitcases (coming back from an Alaska cruise) There was nowhere to put anything.
Its location. Yaletdown sky train station is about 10 min walk away on Davie Street.
Shared bathrooms and toilets are inconvenient for us.
Directly in downtown on main street
Noise from street Very hot
Location in downtown/Yaletown area. Clean room and clean shared bathrooms. Sink in the room was convenient. Even though the room was small, there were lots of drawers and things to organize stuff. Bed was pretty comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Was next to a bathroom, so I could hear the toilets flushing (they're loud like those in airplane lavatories). A bit of noise from outside, so I slept with the windows shut, but that made the room a bit hot.
Location was excellent. Gaby and Maggie on reception were both lovely ladies and very helpful and Peter the Irish guy on the night shift too. Good they have a washing machine and dryer on site.
Didn't like the fact you don't have a bathroom in the room. Not too fussed aout going to shower in a shared bathroom but not having a toilet. It was far too hot the first 2 nigths there and only a ceiling fan - could not sleep. jack on reception was very rude - banging on my door telling me I had to go and pay right now. They had my card!!! He wouldn't leave my door and jammed his foot in it and said I had to come now - in my underwear!!! He was screaming at me and I was trying to doze as I hadn't had much sleep the night before with it being too hot. When I told him he didn't have to be so rude - he said first you pay then you tell me what you want! Horrible man and I witnessed him being rude to other customers too. gaby on recption told me to write an email as this isn't the first time the have had complaints about him. He would patrol the halls like a sneaky person - looking for what i don't know.
Friendly staff. Rates were reasonable. Clean rooms.
No air con in rooms (has fans). Long walk to the bathrooms. Area is a little bit rough.
Clean good value for money kitchen with ability to cook free coffee between 9-11 am free wifi
hot room, no a/c
Very clean rooms and bathrooms Nice to have a fridge in room for own food
Could use air conditioning in summer but ceiling fan did help
The convenient location. In downtown so you can walk to almost everywhere.
No parking lot. Super slow internet connection.
