Très belle vue sur le lac et les montagnes environnantes depuis la chambre

Très bruyant de jour comme de nuit car situé près de la route et pas de double vitrage!!!

Le personnel très accueillant, chambre agréable et cosy, mais si vous êtes dans les pavillons vous serez reveillé par la douche du voisin!!! Petit déjeuner excellent avec vue sur les montages. Restaurant très bon avec de tres bon choix de vins.

prix bien trop eleve pour un service mediocre etablissement vieux et sale situe devant une autoroute tres passante, pas de double vitrage pas de moustiquaire bien qu'a cote d'un lac et sans clim le restaurant n'est pas a la hauteur des standards de la colombie brittanique et tres cher (ex sundae chocolat a 7$ qui arrive tout fondu)

une couverture supplémentaire dans la chambre aurait été la bienvenue, même au mois de juin les nuits sont fraiches en montagne

Très bon rapport qualité/prix, un hôtel très agréable pour un petit budget ! Resto sur place très bien et personnel très accueillant et serviable, en plus d'une chambre confortable et propre. J'y ai passé 2 nuits et je le recommande fortement.

were only there for a few hours to sleep before skiing. it was clean, warm and reasonably comfortable.not worth the price.

Location

Rooms are freezing cold, lack of adequate hot water, loud guests all night ( puking off second storey balcony) was promised coffee and possibly breakfast at 6 am doors still locked at 6:20. For $135 definitely a lack of service for the money.

Late Checkin... It was the only place available that could receive us at 2am.

The listing said it was in Field, as well as the map. However it was in Lake Louise. This was very inconvenient at 2am. The establishment itself was unimpressive. Very minimalist and generally uncomfortable room that spared every expense.

Located close to Lake Louise with beautiful mountain views. Value for money considering the prices of Lake Louise accommodation. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Situated next to a restaurant which had reasonably priced meals. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Lack of fridge and tea & coffee facilities.

We checked in late in the evening. The receptionist girl was very friendly and helpful. If you have a car it is close to the attractions.

The bed was very uncomfortable. I and my boyfriend had to sleep in separate beds to be able to rest. It is small, noisy and one of the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept. Internet was included but it didn't work at all.

It is closed to Lake O'hara and Lake Louise areas and it is cheaper than the other hotels nearby. It offers bbq at night so you do not have to travel all the way to Field or Lake Louise to find food.

The noise from the highway can be an issue if you need to keep the window opened because it is too hot outside (like in summer) and there is no fan in the room. The sheets had a couple of stains. The all environment is a little too spartan.

Did like the Hamburger burn for dinner on their front porch the night we arrived.

The rooms are a travel back to probably the 1950'S. Hotel needs some serious updating. The bed was horrendous. Small, hard yet still had the ability to sink in the middle. Kept rolling into each other all night. The Great Divide is just feet off of Canadian Highway 1A. You get a constant roar of the highway and the train tracks across the lake. 64 trains roll by each day on that track and you will hear every one of them. No phone, no clock. Basic room.

Nothing! Please remove it from your website.

The whole place is dilapidated. We were given a room in the separate building which had no curtains, carpet/rug, kettle/coffee maker, phone, fridge, in fact nothing but 2 beds which were mattresses on metal frames on which I banged my leg twice in the short time we were there, 2 cheap, shabby bedside cabinets, a very small wooden table and 2 chairs. I suspect a modern day prison cell is better furnished! We paid $129 + taxes for this which is an absolute disgrace. It was so awful we could not stay there and returned to the Visitors Centre in Field where they found us a very nice guest house in the village. Unfortunately I had not read the reviews, a mistake I will never make again. I was happy to write off the money to get out of the place.

The view was great. Clean but aging.

The staff was rather surly. No washcloths! In fact, the staff was instructed to not hand them out unless instructed.

The great view there is from some rooms. We did not have it from our bedroom.

Most of it actually... The hotel seems old and not well taken care of. There are some issues that I would like to mention: - the keys did not work well and you usually had to fiddle around to make it turn. - The shower fan did not work. - One of the entry was not safe (under a balcony with no railings) - The mattresses were uncomfortable spring mattresses and you could feel the springs. - The only good thing I can think of was the view, again, from some rooms. - The food in the restaurant was expensive, quoted 25$ for a breakfast! - To go to our room from the main building, we had to walk through an area of cabins that seemed deserted and in disrepair, in very bad shape. - I would absolutely not recommend this to anyone...

The location.

The building and the furnishings of the room were very old, no mosquito screens in the windows, the room smelled bad, bathroom sink badly chipped. The worst though was the breakfast, which cost $ 12.00, but was horrible. Coffee didn't taste like anything - just some brown water. We had cheese omellete and cheese was so oily, it swam in fat. The hashbrown was in shape of litle flat squares and tasted like styrofoam - or something equally inedible.
