La connexion internet était toujours très lente entre 20h et 22h.

Beautiful view from communal hot tub, cabin style accommodation, complimentary bass passes and helpful staff.

Showers were terrible and needs curtains in the loft room.

we had an apartment with a loft, comfortable, clean, good view of the mountains.

the parking situation was not good. the property is too over crowded. Tends to be a bit noisy at night with young party people.

Hot tubs were awesome.

I liked the fact that I booked with booking.com and I requested a hypoallergenic room, and when I got there they changed all 3 beds and pillows. I loved the space for my twin girls and the view was awesome. I will definitely stay there again-:)

The only thing was no robes, it would have been nice to get out of the pool and have a bath robe, but that's my only complaint and it's not really a complaint it's more of a idea-:)

Liked the little touches and the fact they were included and not extra charges. Extra touches of 2 movies per day, dvd player in room, Wood burning fireplace and available wood and kindling, kitchens in rooms and underground parking and free wifi. Hot tubs and change rooms really nice. Did not use barbecues but appreciated they were there to use if needed.

Rented a bottom level suite and it wasn't very soundproof. Could hear people above and cleaning staff. It was a little dark in the suite and felt a bit oppressive.

Discrete but effective service, very user friendly and uncomplicated. Ability to purchase lift passes whenever we want at good prices. Well laid out and comfortable condo. Reasonable quality free wifi - good enough to support video services.

Not much really, the odd noisy party (only because we weren't invited :-) kitchen could be a bit better equipped but this is also nit picking. Prices maybe marginally on the high side - we ended up paying an over occupancy supplement with 5 people in a 6 bed condo which seemed a bit petty.

The privacy in the room with my whole family there, the fireplace was nice to have on colder days. Hot tub had a beautiful view

Excellent view. The spa was nice outside. Nice to be able to rent movies for free with alot of selection. Close to town but felt away. Nice to see wildlife.

The lounges were not comfortable and small, not room for everyone to sit. Room was smoky from someone else's fireplace.

Loved the one bedroom with loft, fireplace, kitchenette, hot tub, BBQ, they had lots of details covered (kindling bundles, firewood, BBQ utensils, DVD player, board games, tea, coffee, hot chocolate)

they didn't have a gym, but provided me access to a sister lodge which did have one

A good location in Banff

- Carpets were torn and linoleum on steps peeling off. This was a well worn hotel room in dire need of some maintenance. - Central vacuum system spews fine dust everywhere as a result of using this system to clean fireplaces. -Poor value for money as there was a $70.00 difference based on a holiday. This room was not worth $270.00 per night regardless of time of year. Even at $199.00 it is questionable. -Unsure of room cleaning service seemed to be adhock. - Overall not too happy with this deal.

This hotel has a great set-up and all the amenities of home: tv's in every room, large accessible hot-tub on site with excellent views, clean accommodations with more than adequate kitchen, friendly staff. EXCELLENT for families with young children.

Very slow wifi. mattresses are not very comfortable.

The service was great! We were asked if we wanted to upgrade when we got there for an extra 30 dollars (which was 100% worth it!) So our stay was even more enjoyable.

The fire wood didn't burn for very long. It was hard to keep a fire going.

Stayed in the larger rooms a couple years ago they were amazing.

Smaller 1 bedroom units are extremely noisy - can hear everything going on in the other units. Had a fire place but the logs might as well have been full trees and nothing to start the fire with??? Not sure if the staff have ever started a fire before but based on no newspaper or kindling I'm going to say probably not.

Loved the rustic feel of Hidden Ridge Resort. Our room had it's own wood-burning fireplace, and we had Elk walking right past our patio door! You can't get much closer to nature than that. The outdoor hot- tub pool is a fantastic way to wind down after a fun-filled day. Would definitely stay again!

House-keeping came a bit earlier than I've been used to at other hotels. (Around 10:30am), and if you weren't ready at this time, your room did not get cleaned. A minor 'con' to the Hidden Ridge experience.

Hotpool, nature, Jan the Deer, very friendly desk, very friendly housekeepers etc.

We had a fantastic stay in hidden ridge resort! great view / scenery.......and a nice place to stay !... definitely would recommend the place!

The evening front desk staff wasn't that approachable....i know she's busy but she needs to smile...after all that's what we need..... also, we asked for the list of movies to watch..my children made a list to borrow, later did we know that it was only limited to 2 movies per room.....after all that ....she should have said it beforehand.....

The resort was welcoming and the front desk staff were awesome! (Katy from Australia ) Loved the hot tub pool size however if you have a room close it can be quite loud. Thank goodness for the quiet te enforced. Robes were wonderful however slippers/flip flops could also be a good addition for those travelling and in the winter. Wood fireplaces. Wood,kindling and instructions enhanced the experience. . Well done!

The room was too hot and dry. We turned down the thermostat but that did not help. Everyone had difficulty sleeping and the pull-out couch was uncomfortable. We had to open the windows.

Friendly with good facilities. Great place for families. Great location with easy access to public transport
