Quiet and spacious, very helpful staff
Location and hot pools
Room was very dark not like pictures.very disappointed with room
Very nice uphill location. Fully stocked kitchens with fireplaces. Heated pool with scenic views. Nice sauna.
Showing its age a bit. Beautiful mountain setting which you cannot fully appreciate because there are too many units blocking the view. Pool view over Banff valley is excellent. I'm a total outdoorsman but despite getting a RAGING fire going with kindling, the logs wouldn't catch fire. (Safety feature ;)
Very comfortable & nice staff
Quiet, just a bit off center of town Hot tub, pool and sauna
Location of the facility to the town. Cleanliness of the facility and comfort were also big benefits
The layout of the apartment was good and the place was quite roomy. The area is quiet. The unit had a deck with chairs with a mountain view.
This resort is out of downtown Banff so you have to drive in to town for meals and parking is not easy in Banff. There is no breakfast served at the resort.
Excellent Heated Outdoor Pool & Sauna
They had games and movie rentals available, 2 bathrooms, complementary bus passes, great staff
Pool and hot tub looked bigger in the photos, did not seem super clean
It was nice to be just outside of the business of Banff. Beautiful scenery and paths close by for hiking.
You could hear noise from the other rooms. And there is no a/c but it was cool enough at night with the windows open.
Location is prime! Awesome view at the pools! Money was worth the experience at the resort. Adequate parking spaces. Kitchen!! Oh I was so surprised they actually had stuff for BAKING!! Did not get a chance to bake though!
The room did not smell as nice as normal hotels, but maybe that was because of the location.
Friendly people. Great service. Awesome hot tub!
Outdoor hot pool
No tea in the kitchen, only coffee, I am a tea person
Free shuttle bus Outdoor hot tub and kids pool Well equipped apartment
The location was great and the unit was very spacious.
Our unit was a bit run down and when I told the front desk about some issues, I had to call them twice to get it done. Light bulb burnt out, toilet running, lights outside not turned off.
Floor plan poor no counter space in kitchen. Would have preferred open concept
Nice space. Kids loved having the loft to themselves. Nice dining area, nice living room, good beds.
A lot of steps. We had 3 floors.
Good location slightly out of town Confortable rooms Welcoming staff Quiet Full kitchen facilities
Room a bit dark Cars parked in front of room window
had to carry luggage upstairs room not close to lobby or hot tub mineral pool small
If the bathtub would install a handle which would be more secure
Good size room for a 4 night stay. Although some distance from downtown, free bus passes were provided, every 40 minutes outside the resort. Small shopping plaza within 15 minute walk.
Guest on the top floor making excessive noise!
Overall the hotel was lovely, clean friendly and staff where always happy to help. We stayed in a lower room with one room and a sofa bed was more than enough room for my family of 4 for the 2 days we stayed. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable but was a sofa bed. The pool was heated well, the kids loved it. We actually got married in banff and the hotel congratulated us with a card and bottle of wine. The wifi signal was rubbish, but we was there to relax and spend time with family so didn't really use it.
The only problem with the hotel was the noise from upstairs at 5am but that wasn't the hotels fault!!
Parking was difficult
hot and cool tub with great view very wonderful hotel staff kitchenette comfortable beds free shuttle to go downtown shuttle stop right at hotel very clean and tidy barbecue grill available convenient laundry shared bookshelf and DVDs available
our ground floor bedroom window was at back of building, just below stairs to upstairs units - on several nights needed to ask upstairs people to be quiet as they walked to and from their units - would have liked upstairs unit but there were no vacancies when we booked
room was a semi basement room. only had a small bedroom window and a sliding glass door. Smelled of mold and wet dogs.
