We initially got put in a bldg which overlooks the parking lot, has one door and hardly any light and smelled horribly stale, we had to ask for air freshener, and were only offered a better room the next day when we complained; there were two other couples staying >2 nights also in this complex who did not complain but were very dissatisfied with their accommodation and will probably not be back. We were ready to leave the next day if we hadn't been offered a decent room.
So I guess my point is that some of the rooms are quite old and out of date and not in keeping with the image of this resort.
My suggestion for improvement is to offer the alternative low fat/cal options to guests who request it.
We stayed for 5 nights and were in the area for family related business so could not be part of the organized groups, but I find it tedious to only have high calorie options on traditional menus, when I usually eat the more healthy way.
I would like to make this resort my regular home away from home when I'm in 100 Mile, so hopefully some benefits are offered to regular guests, not just the packages.
