The price is really great for what your get. The hotel was very comfortable, very lovely. The food at the bistro was a bit pricey but it was absolutely delicious. 10/10 would stay here again.
We had one waiter for breakfast who I didn't care for, but it didn't take away from my experience.
We booked a chalet for my son's 11 bday and stayed with a friend my son and 3 other kids. The location was great , as we went tubing at norquay. . We loved the full kitchen and the fireplace. Nice and quiet location and the kids had a blast in the outdoor hot tub. All in all I give it a 9/10
The tv in the chalet (norquay) was a small tube tv . Could of been upgraded to an lcd flat screen like the chalet next door.
Beautiful location away from the buzz of town but still convenient to grocery stores, shopping etc.Easy on/off Trans Canada."Green" hotel and it shows in how it is run.Hardwood floors is a nice attraction. All the amenities in a Banff "mountain" style.
This place has a hidden eco fee plus GST added to all rooms that is not disclosed at time of booking..I would not stay at this place again..Better hotels in Banff without hidden fees..
Staff was extremely nice. The Waitress in the bistro even gave us coffee refills in a to-go cup for our long drive to Vancouver.
no mini fridge.
Loved the hot tub. Used it twice and would go back just for that
Juniper is a favorite escape for us. Love the historical presence and comfort. Dinner and breakfast always very good.
Restaurant servers need more attention to training for customer experience, the food is excellent and should be matched with better service.
Loved the space hidden away the staff was soo friendly dogs were allowed everywhere :-)
That we only chose to stay one night
- Polite, helpful and friendly staff - Great location - Nice room - Moderate price
We had a beautiful room and the front desk staff was awesome.
Staff, looks nice, nice design and style
could not sleep because I was staying in a room on the first floor and the noise from anyone walking upstairs was ridiculous. Not good value for the money
We loved the location, just a Minuit from town. We also loved the king sized bed! It was soo soft.nthe ambiance of the room was earthy and and relaxing just what I wanted. The view was amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and this beautiful hotel was romantic and calming.
Staff were extremely friendly and available. The room was spotless and comfortable with an outstanding view. There's nothing to really complain about. I love that the hotel is one street away from Banff. It makes it relaxing after visiting the city.
Not that it's very important when you're visiting a natural landscape but the wi-fi was really poor. It would've been useful in a situation where someone doesn't have data and relies on it for maps and such.
Staff is friendly,restaurant is awesome.
The bed is a little too soft.

Clean, updated, convenient to town, nice outdoor hot tub with view, nicely redone boutique hotel
The staff was very friendly. The hotel itself has a cosy and warm atmosphere. The rooms were clean. Nice hot tub with mountain view
Maybe a little bit far outside of Banff. No walking distance to downtown.
The bed was very comfortable and the room has a really nice view from the second floor. Breakfast in bed was nice. It was very clean and quiet. I loved the private balcony.
The size of the room was smaller than expected but wasn't a big deal, it was nice and cozy. The bathroom sink kept making a clunk/gurgling noise and had to keep the bathroom door shut to quiet it down.
I liked the quiet, the view, the comfy beds, location, bistro ambience, food and cleanliness.
Lighting could have been brighter. Difficult to read at night.
Loved the location. Room comfortable with great views. Staff very pleasant.
Restaurant - food just about adequate but overpriced. Service very slow.
Easy to find...great patio
Very noisy..when doors slam and people talking in the halls..not well insulated
View from the patio and Bistro Quiet location outside busy Banff
Room dated and in poor condition Noisy equipment, heating & cooling working all night View from window was not mountains, could only see the roof from the carport
Personel, of duty at the bar, burping and using bad language Noisy airco Needs renovation Lots of flies in the restaurant
