Location is convenient, staff is helpful, hotel is very clean and well kept. Thin walls that Two don't block the noise from the hallways and street.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. Our reservation wasn't correct. It was booked through Booking.com, but the rooms were not on file at the hotel when we got there. The girl at the desk had to accommodate us as a new booking. Good thing they had the vacant rooms or we might have been sleeping on the sidewalk!

Clean, comfortable beds and rooms, friendly and helpful staff. We really appreciated the free high speed Internet service as well as the business centre. Close to Pier 21 which was where we were headed the next day. Just stayed overnight and did not eat at the restaurant. That we had to pay 25 dollars extra for parking.

they upgraded our room to a suite as it was our 25th anniversary, wow, we were so surprised and thankful. also, a beautiful fruit basket in our room. what a nice thing to do for us. it was great, pleasant people at desk, doorman, consierge. we ate at the victory arms restaurant (pub), and the server was paying a lot more attention to the table with 6 people at it than ours, she wasn't friendly to us at all, until it was time to pay our bill. that is something I watch for from the restaurant staff when i go in a place for a meal.

Excellent location, staff were all very helpful. I had a standard room and while I knew it would be small, it was very well appointed and I enjoyed my stay. It would be crowded for a couple. I was there for a medical appointment and did not spend much time in the room.

The service was excellent and very accommodating. We had a maintenance issue in our room and the staff responded to it in an excellent manner. I was very very pleased with my stay.

I stayed in a single room which was very comfortable, updated, including bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was terrific for my needs. I thought the continental breakfast a little pricey and went around the corner to Macdonalds.

The hotel was very beautiful and the staff were very professional and polite. The room was a little small. The bathroom was tiny and the door was about an inch from hitting the toilet. It was kind of awkward to get in and close the door behind you.

Staff were friendly and helpful I was disappointed with the room which was described as a suite. It was a room with a kingsize bed and a couch....the carpets were filthy, and the room cold. The bathroom was very small, with no room to put a toiletries bag.

The lack of a mini-fridge and being told upon check-out that I should have called and asked for one, as if I would have known this. Also, the fact that my key did NOT work when I came back to my room that evening. I was not impressed and expressed this to the front staff and NOTHING was done.
