The front desk staff was really nice!
When we arrived we were greeted by fruit flies. There was a bottle of wine that spilt in the fridge and it was not cleaned up.
We loved the quiet of this ski resort off season: beautiful location, luxurious room, breakfast half way up the mountain by cable car ( not for everyone perhaps but we loved it)
The surrounding scenery, all the staff were friendly & helpful and the room was amazing.
I liked everything
Nothing at all
Scenery, location and polite staff at the lobby counter
For such a high end hotel service was poor. After booking in we were made to walk through a series of indoor parking lots to find our own room. There was no one to seek help except other guests who were lost themselves. We also note that security personal was none existent.
We were upgraded to a studio with one-bedroom suite. Everything was very modern and clean. Enjoyed using the ensuite laundry facilities and the opportunity to have the bedroom separate from the living room and TV. The bedroom had its own TV! We stayed for one night only; it would be great for a longer stay. Hiking in the summer is great.
The music playing outside much of the time.
Beautifully appointed rooms that have everything we needed.Very quiet even though the hotel was fully booked.
Shortage of housekeeping staff. Our room was not cleaned until 5pm. We left our room at 7am and placed the make up room sign on the door. Upon our return the room was still not made up. We needed to wait until the staff came before we could shower after a long day of hiking. This was a big disappointment.
Absolutely loved this hotel. Beautiful well equipped rooms. Great restaurant. Excellent staff. Really relaxing and quiet during the summer. An exceptional place to stay. Just sorry we couldn't stay longer.
There was nothing to dislike about this hotel. It's fantastic.
Smart and sophisticated room/decor without being too self-consciously "boutique". Very practical facilities in room. Beautiful location. Peaceful (it was summer) surroundings.
Cable TV was a bit rubbish (big HD television with rubbish pictures)
We absolutely loved your resort. We are from Vancouver and know the Sutton well. Our Company uses it for all incoming clients and employees. We were traveling to Calgary and wanted to break up the drive. We googled places along the way where we might want to stay. We saw the Sutton and right away checked it out. We loved the fact in was away from the town. We were so pleased with the resort, absolutely loved it...everything was perfect, we don't have one single complaint. Our daughter in Calgary has her own travel Company and we were texting her and told her how beautiful it was at the resort, sent her some really good pictures. She asked us to get some brochures for her as she was impressed with what we were telling her. We got brochures at the desk when we checked out and she said she will definitely be promoting this and wants to get up there herself to see it. So, yes, we had a great experience with the place and all the really friendly helpful staff. I hope our daughter can send a lot of people your way. She does a lot of group corporate travel as well and this would be a perfect setting for a ski package. Thank you for making our time with you so enjoyable, we had wished we had more time to stay on.
There was nothing that wasn't perfect!
Excellent in everything a pleasure to stay there.
No curtains on top windows so sun up in our room at 5.
View and quiet location
No ability to "black out" room for sleeping. 4:30 sunrise made it a rough sleep.
Overall the suite and facilities were excellent. The suite is extremely well appointed with 'nothing missed'
nothing, except that it rained!!
This Hotel is spectacular. We loved everything about it. It was not ski or bike season when we went so the hotel was quite quiet, but it has a very luxurious feel to the whole place. We can't wait to go back!!!
I've stayed here many times in the off (non-ski) season and love this hotel as it is quiet and very comfortable. Ideal for someone on business or leisure looking for a quiet retreat.
Not for someone looking for a raucous party!
Decor, well supplied kitchen, in room laundry, bathrobes, comfortable bed, spa pool on level 3, docking station, concierge staff were excellent, Restaurant was excellent
Pool was empty, limited DVD selection, no access to movies on demand, front desk staff were somewhat aloof given the low occupancy rate
We were upgraded to an amazing suite! It was by far the greatest room we have stopped in anywhere in the world. The hotel facilities, from the secure underground to the hot tub, were very impressive. A kitchen, utility room, bathroom (with separate shower), lounge, bedroom and balcony should make everyone consider upgrading. It's home from home!
We were upgraded as it was just after the ski season but we hadn't planned on skiing.
It was a beautiful hotel with a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It was a bit pricy. There was only one good dinner restaurant. More options would've been nice.
Fantastic hotel, clean, exceptionally comfortable, detailed and well appointed room, superb amenities and the location can not be better. I will be back.
Friendly reception/concierge and great location on mountain but quite costly
Cleaning staff didn't do more than 1 round so if you were missed you had to call up to request a clean
Room was great!
Need more food options for people that don't want to drive to town.
Beautiful location, very nice rooms and facilities, very friendly service.
No way to get beer/wine without getting into a car. No room service.
New hotel on ski hill, staff were friendly and helpful. Ski hill recently developed has only 3 lifts but unlimited terrain and long runs.
Restaurant Breakfast menu prices set close to buffet prices forces you to go to other cafe for light breakfast
Hot Tub and Pool
Not enough time to enjoy all the facilties
Absolutely beautiful hotel, great amenities, friendly and professional staff. Looking forward to our next visit.
