The location of the hotel was great. Easy to get around the town on foot.

Acess to main town areas and breakfast included in package.

Repeat of same dishes for breakfast.

Staff and facilities

It is nice to be able to open a window. The breakfast room decor and meal were excellent. Very attentive staff during breakfast. Lobby very nicely decorated and staff very helpful and friendly.

I noticed that the furniture in the room and some in the breakfast room area (lower cupboards) were worn, ie. varnish worn off on the edges which looked a little tatty and out of sync with the standard of the rest of the hotel.

Service was good, and the room was clean and comfortable, although it was small.

My only complaint: people in two neighbouring rooms were making a lot of noise on the first night I was there, and I could hear EVERYTHING.

Very clean and a good breakfast.

I booked the room on line and was very disappointed when we got there. The room was to small and it was only a double bed, not a queen size. I did question the person that called to see if we were happy and told her this but nothing was done about it.

We enjoyed absolutely every aspect of this hotel from check in to check out. The staff was friendly, the accomodations were lovely and very comfortable and the quality of everything was very nice. We would certianly recommend this place to others and if returning to the area,would certainly book in here.

I loved the amenities!! The make-up remover wipes and the Kurieg coffee makers! I also loved the breakfast! It was incredible! Aswell the rooms were close to an outside door making it easy to find your way out.

The hotel isn't very sound proof. It was new years eve and I could hear boys fighting outside, they were swearing...A Lot! Also I could hear people in the morning downstairs eating break-fast.

Not quite soundproof enough. It was very easy to hear people moving about in the rooms above.

We participated in the PEI Marathon, and the hotel was 2 blocks away from the location of the road race.

Everything ! Very nice, welcoming, comfortable room. Breakfast offered many selections - snacks always available. Great location. I felt very relaxed while at hotel. Great price for a nice place to stay.

Towels were a bit blah but for the price I can deal with it.

Very clean with a very modern feel but in a small city setting. I loved that it was a short walking distance to many lovely restaurants. The hotel was quiet and felt very peaceful. The onsite gym facility was just large enough and well equipped enough for my needs .. very clean also ! I loved having breakfast included in my daily room rate and not having to pay for parking.

The room was vert costly and too small and poorly climate controled. It was very "poor" for the extream cost.

Close to City Centre. Friendly staff & relaxed athmosphere. Nice room and very comfortable beds. Quiet and relaxing environmenet.

Convenient location

Great location, easy walking distance to city centre and waterfront. Good gym Breakfast had good range. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cookies available all day were yummy!

Was fairly expensive due to good location

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean, comfortable, and close to the centre of town which made it very convenient.
