the room smelt of smoke, the free breakfast ---there wasnt one, no cups no plates, 3 bananas 2 packs of cereal and 3 pieces of stale cake, 2 pots of coffee no cups????

Absolutely nothing. The staff were rude there was no shuttle and the hotel is extremely old and worn out.

False advertising with the shuttle from the airport. The distance from the airport is not 2 to 3 km. The hotel is very old and dated. They know that is they are rude and get you out the doors they don't have to do anything and they still get your money. They were unwilling to refund any amount of money admit any wrong doing! Do not stay here!!!!!

just about everything..the cafe stunk of burnt grease..and my room was nest door and smoke fumes came under my door.noise from outside noises...door lock would not always open easily.jammed ..small towels .no soap..smelly room.will not go back

The room was extremly cold, the breakfast only consisted of coffee and cold cereal, and the room smelled very badly of cigarette smoke.

The place is a dump. The heat didn't work, it was smelly and dirty, the front desk staff was rude, no amenities, didn't feel safe. I should have slept in the car, even though it's winter.

Clerk rented room to another guest while I wad sleeping at 330am. They entered room and woke me up. Front desk was not that concerned about mistake

Could not even dial out without the front desk doing it for you. Over powering stench of Curry thoughout the whole place. Hookers hanging around the front door.

I believe it was misrepresented by not only it's picture but it's description. We were extremely disappointed to drive up to a gray building with quite a few semi trucks parked behind it, in a very unattractive area. We were actually worried about whether the car would still have it's 4 tires on when we headed to the airport early the next morning. If it weren't for the fact that we would have still been charged for the night, as cancellation was due 2 days before we arrived, we would have gladly headed to the Radisson or the Holiday Inn. Admittedly, I was looking for a deal as we only needed the room for one night before flying back to the States the next day. However, had I realized how utterly unattractive this place was and how uncomfortable the beds were, I would have gladly paid the extra. The Pointe Inn had a large sign outside stating that they were under new management and renovating. When we asked inside how long that had been going on , they said, "Two years". It was somewhat obvious that the furniture in the rooms was newer, but two double beds? With bad mattresses? The room was incredibly small, as was the bathroom. No amenities here, just a bar of soap. I will say that the room, bathroom and beds were clean. This would definitely qualify as the short stay for those who are hauling over the road, but not as a vacation, or business trip. For what this hotel had to offer, they should have been much cheaper. As a matter of fact, we had stayed the previous 5 nights in East Glacier, in a rustic hotel, with bigger rooms, bigger beds, bigger bathroom and much more ambience for $87/night!!! This place never even came close to that description or price. Needless to say, we won't be doing that again!

There was absolutely nothing outstanding

The lack of interaction at the check in desk. The only communication was fill out this form. 2 rooms were booked and I was given both forms. The women at the desk did not even call the name on the second sheet, I had to do that. We had to ask where the elevator was. No comment such as if you need anything call, no indication of where the ice machine might be, no info re the time of the contential breakfast, no comment that there were no coffee makers in the room just come down if you want some, no comment re the heater and air conditioner in the room thus we just about froze. Granted we should have observed it but none of us did. No thanks, hope you had a nice stay or we look forward to seeing you again when we passed in our keys. No customer service would be my opinion.

I did not like the hotel at all.

First impression was it was very dirty. As soon as I got out of my vehicle the entrance was dirty. Walking down the hallway to elevator was scuzzy at best. I would never stay there again. The fridge was very dirty. Bathroom was dirty with Shi???? on the wall. I would certainly have a look at your cleaners. They could use a lesson in cleaning.

This place is old, very old. It feels like a 1970s collrge dorm, but add 15 years. The layout is horrible. It is under construction. It probably was an hourly hotel at one point if ypu get my meaning. It was filthy. The Canada Ministry should condemn it. Bookings.com should be ashamed that it allowed such a place be listed on your service. This was a horrible experience.

It has one indo & Thai resturant inside the inn. So whole Inn has fully seasoning smell.

I book for a non smoking room and they gave us a vet stinky room we did complain and they gave us another stinky room rooms are very dirty even the carpeting the aircons are so noisy. The hotel needs a major renovation, it's not worth the price paying $9 more and you will get a nicer hotel near the area like the radisson and best western hotel. We did not have a goodnight sleep, the wi fi not even working the breakfast starts @7am which is too late for us coz we need to be early going back home.

I will never go back to this hotel! It is really stinks!

Clean and near airport. The office staff is willing to help you with anything.

The rooms were clean and had enough items in it To accommodate us. It was a good size and the staff seemed Friendly enough.

It was close to Toronto Airport

The overall condition of the enterance lobby, stairs and hallways was very poor, with worn out carpets and needed painting, the whole place needed a goog refurbishment. The non smoking room smelt of smoke. At breakfast there was no milk or bread. We found milk in a room adjacent to the breakfast area, where there was other equipment like a toaster and cooker set up. When a member of staff turned up we were told we should not have gone into the room and bread was not provided. Not impressed with the attitude of staff and lack of breakfast.
