There are rules posted on every door and wall, stating, "Do not open this door, use only the front entrance," and for a long shaped hotel, it meant walking extra miles, and then being surveilled by the front desk clerk and security person. "No smoking" was posted every few feet, and in the morning I had the "Do Not Disturb" sign up, and the cleaning staff, pounded on the door, tried to get in, yelling at me through the closed door, and then she said, "You had better not be smoking in there." It was very unacceptable, and if I were her manager, she would have been fired on the spot. I went to use the laundry room, which requires a key from the front desk clerk, and was told, "Someone is already using it, sorry." Only one person at a time is allowed to use the room. And I didnt see any staff smile or be warm during my stay. The breakfast was minimal, and when I came there was no milk left for the cereal, and the coffee tasted like it had been made from an already used filter, it was so weak and tasteless.
The price was excellent, and the room and bed comfortable and quiet.
