Beds, bedding, morning staff was very abrupt, bathroom had tiny hand towels. No bath towels. Not very clean. Hallway smelled bad.
It was very value priced and close to the airport.
The only place we could get internet was sitting in the lobby.
Very basic hotel , good for a nights sleep as your travelling
it is very close to every think,....
There were crowds of people hanging outside the hotel that made it seem sketchy. Also, the noise level in the hallways at 1:00am was horrible. I would never stay here again.
The staff were great and the room itself was great but the halls and lobby need some cosmetic work as well as the breakfast area and options. Good stay though
the wifi worked fairly well...
unfriendly staff, very dirty room, everything is falling apart! beds where very uncomfortable. worst off, its nowhere near the airport! we had very expensive taxi!
helpful staff for new to area visitor. easy local transport to door.clean rooms, minimal noise
older building. could do with refresh.
Room was pleasant and very clean. Bedding and furniture was updated and very comfortable. Everything was in working order. Fridge and microwave were in room. Staff friendly. I would recommend this hotel only because of the room price and the updated and clean room.
Continental breakfast??? Both bread products were white bread. Only cereal was bran flakes and a children's cereal. There was a bowl of apples and some muffins. Area was not clean. My idea of a continental breakfast is not a bagel or white Texas toast, an apple and coffee. They could, at the least, provide a selection of fruit and some diversity of bread products. The hotel main floor is in bad need of redecorating -- paint, carpeting, etc. including the breakfast room.
Very convenient location.
No clock, no printer.
air conditioner in the room
you need to add 60 more dollars to get from and back to the airport
The sttaff were very rude.
always has rooms even when the rest are booked up and they dont chagne there rates. paid 130 for the room, others wanted 600-750 just because of stampede. room was acceptable, clean and comfy
wifi is none excistent. no matter how i tried, couldnt use it
I am an older man with an obvious hip problem. She locates us on the 3rd floor, and then as we were proceeding to our room, she informed us that the elevator was out of order. The carpets in the hallways were disgusting. I don't usually suffer from allergies, but after the first night my sinuses were so full I had a splitting headache and my nose ran like a faucet. They advertise that airport shuttle was available, they forgot to mention that it was extra; and the price they quoted me was more than a taxi!
The front desk agent was rude. Once we told him that 300 dllrs of deposit was too much, he sent us to the hotel across the street !!! Just cause my husband and I were very tired, had no other choice but to stay there.
Hotel is close to the airport. There is a very good Thai restaurant in the same building.
The price was very high for what it is. (but that was probably only because the Calgary stampede was at time we stayed there). Our room on the 3rd floor was to warm inside. The air conditioning was to weak to catch up, even though it was running all night at full capacity.
We were very disappointed with the hotel for the money it cost,it wasn,t clean and the room didn,t so much as have a clock in it!We won,t be staying there again!
The shuttle driver and the young lad at night. They were very good people. The Thai restaurant was awesome.
The lady that was there when I arrived and the place is old and outdated. Place was build in the mid seventies and still feel and smell like it.
Halls and carpets were filthy. Breakfast room was dirty.
close to the airport, resturants, and activities
time for a building overhaul
This place was easy to find and close to the airport. Our flight did not arrive until after midnight, so it was nice to have a room nearby. The room was clean.
It was a strange building, very narrow halls, not kept up well. The room was small also, and we were not comfortable in the bed, it was too hard. It was fine for one night.
Key would not open door. Lights inside did not work
Hotel needs updating very tired recently changed its name from something else. Light switches didn't work toliet cracked for 125 bucks
