The Prince George Hotel  

Everything about my stay was excellent. The staff, service, and room were great. The only problem I had was the noise late at night outside our room. It was the noise from the people leaving the clubs. It was not noise within the hotel.

Usual excellent service; given a complimentary upgrade to Crown Floor because of delay in locating reservation; have stayed on Crown floor previously; the complimentary braekfasts are much appreciated. Concierge staff very helpful.

Love this location. Booking on line ended up costing us seventy dollars more than calling as I usually do. Corperate rate was not applied.

The lady who provides your continental breakfasts is excellent, in terms of her ability to deliver professional service. A staff person was very helpful in helping me exit from the underground parking garage after the ticket / exit system malfunctioned

A staff person was very helpful in helping me exit from the underground parking garage after the ticket / exit system malfunctioned ( a ticket became stuck, which I understand is a common occurrence during humid weather) Had the staff person not been there to resolve the issue, it would have been an extremely frustrating situation.............. And as a result it is unlikely I would have returned to the Prince George in future.......... Until I had full confidence that this issue had been successfully resolved.

Well appointed. Convenient. Met expectations.

Parking was initially hard to find

Beautiful old world hotel, best bed I ever slept in. Excellent dining experience. Unfortunately our view was a wall. However we would have stayed longer but hotel was on a steep hill and not condusive to a wheelchair. The staff were great.

Very comfortable, great location. Penny, from Guest Services, was outstanding, helping plan our trip in Nova Scotia. Was the best of any hotel concierge worldwide. Well done.

The room was very comfortable. The facilities were top-notch. Front desk staff and the concierge who helped me were incredibly helpful.

I was clearly struggling with my bags, but the bellhops didn't make any effort to assist. That would be my only complaint.

Location was in the main Downtown core meaning we could easily walk to good shopping, shopping and entertainment.

Lack of mini bar in room you had to call room service rather than having a drink available when you arrive
