The hotel was a good value, well kept & clean. The atmosphere and staff were very nice and helpful. They served a nice continental breakfast. We were happy that the hotel was in a safe (Jewish!) neighborhood and had a metro stop nearby. |

Good price and clean enough facilities. Price is right with free parking. Breakfast minimally acceptable - less than fresh baked goods, only milk for coffee. The rooms need maintenance and for goodness sake don't take the shotcut stairs to the parking lot... |

Really a family-neighbourhood atmosphere. Very ethnically diverse staff and guests. |

Location for us was great, not far at all from the Metro (less then a 5 minute walk) and close to the Airport which was our destination after our stay. Very friendly staff. Was there on the weekend of the room next door seemed quite noisy but nothing out of the ordinary |

The king bed and the size of the room are excellent. Yes. The breakfast it the poorest one I have ever seen in my whole life. The toilet was not properly fixed on the floor, the hair dryer was not working, the corridors were dirty and noisy and it seemed that nobody was caring about you. |

The pool area was quite ok. The rooms felt like they were recently renovated. The hotel has one slow lift. Further, it was difficult to use the toilet in my room - as the sink was directly in front of the toilet - and I had to sit sideways on the toilet - which is not comfortable. However our other 2 rooms did not have this bathroom configuration, so was acceptable. And lastly the windows were not renovated and opened and closed very poorly (thought that they were going to shatter when opened and closed them!) |

the hotel was easy to get to from the expressway. There was free parking on the property, a rarity in Montreal. The rooms were spottlessly clean and comfortably appointed. The continental breakfast was great. Although the clerk found us adjoining rooms so it was not a problem, she had only one room reservation on her computer for me. I had the paperwork from Booking.com showing 2 rooms so your company may want to check on that type of thing. |

It's cheap. You are getting what you paying for. Hotel located in a very shabby district. Wi-Fi works only in the lobby. They need to clean air-conditioner at least ones in a life time it’s horrid. |

The staff are very helpfull and the place is just close to the spots we plan to visit. The pool was just ok. No fridge when we arrived but they provide us right away. Sauna bath was not working. No spot for parking in the evening beside the hotel. But they have a big parking lot two blocks away and close to the police station and it was my parking area for two nights. |

The ycleaned the rooms thoroughly and quickly. The price gets you an awful lot, the beds are great and it's well decorated. Repetitive kosher continental breakfast. If you're there for more than one night it may get to you. |

Good value for money as hotel offer Free parking (There was a bit of a rush over the labour day weekend therefore one night out of my 3 night stay had to park on the road - streets around the hotel looked safe enough for overnight parking so it was not a issue), Fridge in the room, Microwave in common area, Free wired internet in the room and continental breakfast. Good location as it is close enough to Montreal downtown. |

Took over an hour to check in. Initially given a room that was designated non-smoking that reeked of smoke. Only other room available was a downgrade, we were not compensated for this. The room smelled of musky old furniture. |

Easy access to Monkland Cleaning staff did not clean the bath tub. I stayed for 6 nights. I had baths and the ring around the bath tub remained for duration of my stay. Coffee in the holder was not emptied. This only happened the day before I left. |

The bed was comfortable and the meals we ate there were good. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. The swimming pool is very narrow and about 50 feet long - ok for one person to swim a few laps but impossible to swim in if even one other person is in it. The exercise room had one working treadmill and no air circulation. We only had maid service every other day. We could have used more toilet paper and shampoo and clean towels. |

The location was a little off track for our visit, but once we learned the area there was lots to do. Nice little downtown with good inexpensive restaurants and parks in walking distance near the Metro. |

Because it had a free parking, we parked our car in the lot and used the metro to get around the city. Unlike the descripton on the web, walk to the closest metro actually took about 8 minutes of brisk walking. Parking is small with spaces for only about 25 cars. It was close to shopping center (WalMart)- 5 minute drive. Staff was very helpful. It has free in-room internet access although I had to bring my own CAT5 cable to connect to it. Room was very clean. Cleaning staff was good - they even nicely arranged my kids' stuffed animals on bed. It has free continental breakfast although it consisted of only 3 types of bread and some fruits. Pool was smaller than expected (40 feet long and 1 meter deep)- it was big enough for one family. |

Beds were not as comfortable and carpets not as clean. Nice to have a free continental breakfast but would have been better had they added more selections of food. Generally, it was an ok stay. |
